SpringHill Suites by Marriott Wrentham Plainville

The facility was excellent. The service was excellent unfortunately there were really loud groups of people who also stayed at the hotel for a tournament. In the future, I would put those families on the side of the hotel, where they are not disturbing the other guest well into the night.

Too loud highway side had to move rooms, lots of kids running around and noise. Breakfast was always missing something

Having an adult would have been nice, must’ve been a kids party here or something so we didn’t have access to the pool at all!!!

Extremely clean - entire property and room. enjoyed the extra space the room had especially as we were travelling with children. Extremely comfortable beds. Will definitely recommend to others and return ourselves

Nice modern, clean hotel. The room was bigger than we could tell in the pictures, nice and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the pillows are down and amazing. The couch is comfy and also a bed, but also has a trundle under it so plenty of sleeping space. The tv swiveled which is convenient with the shape of the room. The breakfast is a buffet with eggs, sausage, ham, bagels, waffles, cereal etc. Great assortment for everyone. Only downfall was the pool, I had hoped it would be warmer. Aside from that there were no towels in there, I had my own but it always nice to have an extra or two. No bathroom or changing room in the pool area, which is manageable. The absolute worst part was the tile floor in the pool area, 1. They need to be more on top of trying to squeegee that floors to remove the build up of water 2. I understand it’s a pool room floors get wet, fine, however they are so extremely slippery and very unsafe to walk on. I was holding two toddlers to take one to the bathroom and walking slow being cautious and still slipped and busted my but while holding them. I was not the only one that fell another gentlemen shortly after fell as well I’m a totally different spot then I did. Overall it’s an ideal hotel for families, located in a great spot and doesn’t break the bank!

We rented room as a family looking for a little break from home, a heated indoor pool, and free breakfast. The place was very clean and met all our expectations. We loved the townhouse more than the suites but both were amazing clean and included the necessary toiletries to ease our stay. The townhouse has the included kitchen equipped with dishes and refrigerator to aid families feeding children.

Beautiful hotel but dirty bathroom, found leftover things on the rug from last people, bathroom was basically right next to beds with NO privacy, shower head was awful, body soap was empty and mold on the ceiling. Other things like beds couch etc were clean and really nice. I would stay there with 1 person but not with a family. Do not stay here is you are going to Gillette. Because of traffic pattern it took us 1.5 hours to get home after a concert. We thought it would be great for that. People were super nice but breakfast closed so early we all missed it.

Spacious clean room, comfortable beds, pool area and basketball court were great for kids. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Will definitely stay again.

We were 2 women travelling with 2 children. The 2 queen suite with trundle bed was perfect. The room was large and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and free breakfast.
