The cable was going in and out. We literally got the hotel room to hang out and watch tv away from the kids for a day. When I called the front desk they were kind but said that happens. I asked if there was a back up like an hdmi cable. They could not provide one. So this is a known problem that they have no back up plan and no assistance. We went out and bought a 35 dollar item at cvs to be able to use on the tv. It would be nice to be refunded that. I’ve never been at a hotel where that just happens.

We were visiting Boston to attend family event. Had very good experience staying at t Hilton Garden Inn. Hotel is located in a nice area where there are bars and restaurants and entertainment. Very nice clean hotel.

close to Gillette stadium. Safe for kids to venture out. parking the RV was very easy and they have excellent security Hotel was a little pricey. almost $10000 for 2 nights.The breakfast was overpriced. I like complimentary breakfast when it is small buffet like the one provided.

It was wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful. Liked the room, ambience and my everyday coffee at the dining area. My kids loved it too, a great option at Patriot Place for soccer match weekends.

Very accommodating staff during check in. Room and hotel very clean. My only issue is that the television did not work bc of the weather. We were told it does not work when it’s windy because it is a satellite and there’s nothing that can be done. I have 2 little ones so for us that was a bigger issue than for most. No option to rent a movie or anything. Trying to occupy 2 little ones at night time was very hard.

I liked being on the property. So much to do at Patriot place. Family friendly but would definitely go again without children. No car needed.
