Very bad experience They charged me a fee for my dog for 75$ The room was not prepared for us. No pillow or sheets for the pull out bed No control of kids running all around the halls The fire pit did not work

The beds were double, not queen which was tough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Hot tub was closed, no towels left at the pool and it looks worn down. Things worked but just barely - toilet only flushed about every other time, the shower knobs we’re just hanging on, etc. I know it isn’t super expensive but I’ve stayed in the area and I think there’s better options for the price.

We like to stay places with pools for the kids. The pool was cold and the jacuzzi was broken. Disappointed in the price we payed for the room when the amenities we wanted weren’t that great. Room was fine.

We’ve stayed at this hotel many times when in the area visiting family. This visit, we could see that the hotel is getting a bit worn—dirty carpets, stained upholstery (eeeeeewww!!). The 1st floor hallway always smelled funky because of the pool. But this trip it smelled musty, mildewy. This trip they charged us $5 per night to park our car. C’mon!! It’s a surface lot similar to a shopping mall! Cheap-ass and petty. Since everyone drives to this hotel, just tack an additional $5 onto the room fee rather than springing that on us upon check-in. They’ve lost us as a repeat customers. I doubt we’ll stay here again given the other similar grade hotel options in the area.

We were there for a family graduation, we enjoyed the coffee early in the morning and the exercise room being open 24 hours. I would gladly recommend this hotel. I also like it's location, a hide away hotel!

There were many children in the hotel, which is lovely. What wasn’t lovely was them and their parents treating the hall outside our rooms like their living room. There was no attempt made to limit their own noise in deference to other guests.
