Best Western Milford Inn

First room still had socks in the lamp. I understand this could be an oversight as not typical to have socks in lights. However on the outside of the lamp the shade had mold on the lamp. I called the front desk and they switched rooms for my family. The next room was marginally better however smelled of chemically dirty mop water. My family decided to stay however regret the decision because they got a poor night sleep and woke stuffier more than normal.

Reserved 2 rooms for a family trip. My daughter-law shut the bathroom door to keep my 2 year old and 15 month old grandson out of that room. When went to use the restroom the door was locked. My son went to front desk to get help in opening door. Was given a paper clip to get door open. When unable to do so, my son packed up his family and checked out! Got no help at all. Very discouraged and upset with lack of assistance. Really put a damper on our trip! Would have left too put unable to physically travel any further that day!! Will never stay at Best Western again, nor will my other family members! Disgraceful!!!

I spend 6 days at the hotel with family. The staff was very friendly and professional. Neat environment. Great breakfast, thanks to Vicky. Thanks to the housekeepers, my room bedding was replaced every single days. Will surely stop by next time. Mahalo.

We picked this hotel for the location and free breakfast and on that point it was fine. The lighting in this hotel was the best every. Very good. The nightlight in the bathroom was stellar, I always travel with a nightlight so was happy that a hotel actually thought of this. The shower was great too. But after that is all a mess. On top of the air conditioning there was a pile of dirt, literally. I ddin't take a picture but I should have. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off. The baseboard didn't line up to the wallpaper and looked like a child tried to put on the wallpaper and failed. The shower curtain was literally moldy. The nonslip mat in the shower was ripped. And on top of that the staff were rude. When we checked in the staff was complaining that he didn't have enough cleaners. Then the day we left we were five minutes early it was all set out. I explained we had to leave and could we just grabe some to go, but the staff literally yelled at my son to put the food back as we were too early. So overall I would never stay there again.
