AC Hotel by Marriott Boston North

Pros: The hotel is new, well-maintained, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Cons: The entire family had bites on their bodies during the stay. I cannot confirm it was bed bugs since I didn't see any, but I suspect there were some insects in the room.

Overall this stay was excellent. Mr and my wife’s expectations were met. I would gladly recommend this stay to a friend or family.

My room was dirty. Had to have maid come vacuum hair and dust off the floor. The bathroom door was broken. Was fixed by hotel after I mentioned it but metal shavings, paint dust and screw was left on floor. Sheets on my bed were torn too. Bar was closed all weekend and my family was hoping to gather there for a drink before going to dinner. Really disappointing.

The GM Jason was super rude. The staff was trying to be nice but it is very obvious that this new GM is treating everyone with disrespect. The comforter had pee stains!!!! The crib was dirty and we could not use it. The room service was not done and we were given 2 towels while we are a family of 4!!!!

The hotel appeared to be nice at first glance with lots of modern touches. Unfortunately, it was at first glance and seemed to just be a facade. The sheets were dirty and/or stained (both beds in the room looked like they hadn't been changed), several light switches didn't work, had to call twice for housekeeping because they didn't show up the first time for towels, one of the elevators stopped working/was out of order while we were waiting, the mini complementary travel kit (q-tip, nail file, etc.) was open and used, and trim was falling off the wall. It doesn't feel good to wonder what was actually cleaned with Covid going around. I booked this room for a spontaneous weekend trip with a family member. They were not impressed with the state of things either and were concerned about the cleanliness. We're pretty go with the flow and aren't overly picky, so it says a lot when a stay is disappointing.

The hotel is nice and quiet, the only thing i didn't like and i think they could do a better job at cleaning the bedside tables and the shower. The staff is pleasant and aim to please. I will definitely return and recommend it to o family and friends.

Always a great stay at AC Hotel Boston North. this is the 3rs time we've taken a short family getaway here and it never disappoints. It has a great small pool which the kids love. We've always been the only people in the pool whenever we've gone. Hotel staff is very nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Very nice hotel. Clean and convenient. Breakfast good but pricey with few options for small children. (Kids like pancakes and waffles!). Toilet backed up and needed repair. Staff friendly. Beds. Indy. Shower good. Overall would recommend

Stayed with the family. Located great 7 min drive from downtown without parking problems at lower price per night.
