The property definitely shows its age. The room we stayed in was pretty noisy and all my family members got bug bites overnight, not sure if there were bed bugs (hopefully not). Walls and doora are not sound proof, you can hear the entrie conversation in the hallway. The elevator is not reliable at all, we were skeptical about the passed inspection from last year that is about to expire.

I had the worst experience of hospitality ever. I booked 3 rooms for family trip and had asked if we can late check out. The staff Aida could have looked up the system and let us know the availability. It was understandable getting answers of no. But her attitude was absolutely offensive, aggressive, and disrespectful. She didn't even check just said no immediately without listening. Also when I was standing outside she was staring at me fiercely and showing mocking laughing like someone is ready to fight in the street. Holiday inn has such a great service and hospitality. I couldn't forget her ways to look at me and giving different attitude for the next customers. Very much unhappy experience ever and toxic service I ever got from hotelier.

WiFi in hotel room did not work for my iPhones, though it did for my laptop. It worked in the lobby for iPhones only. Front Desk gave a phone number for tech support. In my first phone call, there was lots of background noise of the rep's family. She then was unable to hear me and dropped the call. I called twice more, but no one picked up. It's unacceptable for a hotel of this price not yo have fully functional room WiFi.

The room was great. No complaints. We paid for a parking spot on site. The next morning, our one year old had a medical emergency and we had to take him to the ER. We had been blocked in by two other cars and could not get out. When we asked the front desk, we found out the cars belonged to staff, which would have been frustrating no matter what since they have an overflow lot further away. It took several minutes for them to move their vehicles while we sat there with a very sick kid. Zero rush or empathy.
