Hampton Inn & Suites Westford-Chelmsford

There were a bunch of uncontrolled children running the halls and all over the parking lot. This had gone on for days and the hotel should have kicked them and their group out. The hotel itself is dingy and in need of updating.

Happy to have a pet-friendly hotel. The breakfasts were excellent! Coffee was hot and available all day. Our room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The trash can out front for dog poop was overflowing. I mentioned it to the desk staff and was told "there's one out back." Well at the time, we had just arrived, and I was not walking my dog out back. We arrived on Saturday evening and as of Wednesday morning it still was not emptied. The pool is supposed to be heated. The room was heated but the pool water was cool. Because there is no housekeeping service, our trash cans filled up. When I mentioned it to the front desk, I was told "well just sit it outside your room." There was no explanation prior to asking. We will stay there again because it is close proximity to family and is pet-friendly. But front desk staff needs to be more responsive and pleasant.

Staff was very friendly, helpful, rooms are clean, very comfortable, updated, continental breakfast, free parking, easy to get around, close enough to drive to Boston, Cape Cod, Maine, N.H, R. I. Perfect if you don’t want to stay in Boston, and affordable for families. Pool was nice, clean area and fitness center, laundry available too. It was full and busy there but all of our needs were met immediately for room service etc. we were very happy and will stay again! Traveled with family.

My family's stay was amazing. Not only are the rooms comfy and big, but the staff was super friendly. Tye morning breakfast spread is delicious and they have aomething for everyone.

Convenient to my family gathering.

My wife and I stayed two nights at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Westford while attending a family event nearby. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The registration desk attendants were very personable and hospitable. We were most pleasantly surprised by the Weekend Breakfast host, Bury Prak. He was extremely accommodating during breakfast and went out of his way to customize the omelet to my liking. He was very friendly and a hard worker and I appreciate him making the special effort for me. We were very satisfied with our stay.

It’s a low end budget property, and probably understaffed. We had a “suite” — king plus sofa bed — but I had to get bedding for the sofabed, and make it. The hotel was having a very full weekend, with a couple kids’ teams there, but hadn’t adjusted its breakfast output well to accommodate the surge. Room was clean but a bit down at the heels. Bathroom amenities sparse. Pool room hot, pool water very cold. Two machines in the workout room.

Very good for family with kids

The staff was fabulous. We requested and got adjoining rooms. They were clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was hot and fresh. The variety was nice. The pool was a fun reprieve for the children. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

the stay itself was comfortable. The only disappointing feature was that many of our family members who came from out of town to attend a wake and a funeral Monday a.m. could not get a print-out or map to get directions to the Healy Funeral Home. The printer was not working, and there was no map available. Fortunately some family members had GPS and could lead us there. Suggestion: Perhaps you could draw up directions to the Catholic Church and downtown Westford and keep copies in case of any emergency break-down in your computer/printing equipment.
