After a long day of driving it was great to get to this location. Upon entering we realized that there was lots of kids running loose throughout the building. Front desk personnel assured us that this behavior would be ending shortly. We moved onto our room. In a very short time things quieted down and we had a restful night! Well Done!

The stay was okay. The hotel rooms were clean, comfortable. Their pool hours were really short. Pool closes at 8, on fridays at 9, saturday was 5pm, sunday at noon. Part of a family trip is for kids to also have fun hanging around the pool. So theres that. Breakfast was pretty good, i wish they mentioned that weekday breakfast ends at 0930. We only realized that breakfast was at 930am when we missed it. It says in the paper in the room, since we didnt read it, we missed out. It woulf be great when it was mentioned when we checked in. They said 1030 when we check in but didnt mention the time change during the week.

Super clean, perfect hotel! However the pool wasnt open during our stay becauee of no life guard on duty? A little heads up would have been nice. I had kids with me and the pool was one of the big reasons we picked to stay here.

The pool was closed. Two different staff members claimed two different reasons. One says pump broken one said chemicals. Yet at midnight a sign was put up showing limited hours. So it was magically fixed the next day with no contractor there. We purposely picked the hotel for pool since staying for a soccer tournament and children were hot.

The Holiday Inn is always a great experience for me. It's the only hotel I choose when I travel. I love how spacious it is in the lobby and dining area. I love the freemorning breakfast and how it has a pool. My kids love it too!

I booked this hotel particularly to enjoy the pool with my kids. We got there around 7pm and on the elevator it’s says the pool is open until 9pm. We thought we had to time to enjoy the pool. When we got to the pool around 7:30, we were told it closes at 8 and we got kicked out after 24 minutes swimming. That was ridiculous but the pool was nice and warm.

Great place to stay. We loved the dining area, easy roominess of the mobility room, and the pool. It was great to have a fig friendly place near my family’s home. The mattress was a bit hard for me and my husband. The noise from 495 really disturbed our sleep.

Hotel is right on the highway, very loud for sleeping. Biggest issue was the night desk run by teenagers, eating chips, 2 kids talking on their phones when you approach, totally unprofessional for the holiday in brand. Same result, different people each of two nights. Bad look for the brand and I'm from Chelmsford, too townie.
