Although the facility is being renovated, the family was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend it!

We booked for a 1-night stay. As soon as we got into the hotel there was a smell everywhere. We checked-in late with family, otherwise, I would not have stayed that hotel. Our hotel room door would not open without a fierce force and the bathroom door would not close. The staff was nice to change the room but it came with different problems. The second room carpet was dirty and the fan in the washroom didn't work leaving a foggy warm bathroom after a shower.

We reserved a room there because every website we saw says it has a pool but after the manager asked me to insert my credit card he told us the pool has been closed for 2 years. We wanted to cancel the room but was told because I had already swiped my card we couldn't. We left and found another hotel with a pool as advertised to make the grandkids happy. Would not recommend.

The pool was closed. Listed having a pool however it has been closed for some time. Part of our choosing the hotel was the pool option for kids
