Stayed at the hotel prior to my child’s graduation. Needed a location close to Boston and this Hampton Inn was exactly what we needed and more. Breakfast at 6 am was perfect and delicious. I would highly recommend.

Great budget option for a stay in Boston area. Quiet and tidy. We stayed 4 nights with 2 teenage kids who enjoyed pool and fitness room. Rooms spacious and somewhat modern. Creaky ceilings give away the age of the place but it has been kept well and is being updated. Cleaning service by request which is actually great because it reduces waste. Good breakfast with plenty options. The biggest negative is the use of paper and plastic at breakfast - please consider real dishes and cutlery! The waste bin must be full every day. Additional recommendation is a charging station. Overall, good place.

The room was nice and the staff was very kind. The breakfast was pretty decent with a few warm options as well as fruit, yogurt and pastries. They have coffee available all day and my kids loved that they had cookies in the afternoon. There was comstruction while we were there but it never inconvenienced us or caused any noises that we noticed. A few cons: We arrived at 2am and needed milk for my daughter. We purchased one from their hotel store. It had been expired for over 4 months. We brought it back and all the others had similar dates. The staff member went to the back and got us a cup of milk and pulled the other milks off the shelf. Im just grateful I noticed because it wasnt slightly expired, it was well beyond expired. They only clean your room on the 5th night. You can request they come replace towels and take out your garbages which we did on day 3. We expected day 5 would get vacuumed floors but we were wrong. So dont expect a fully cleaned room. (We stayed 8 nights) They only give 4 towels for a room that "sleeps 6". Our family of 5 had to ask often for more towels. They always brought them up within a short amount of time but it would be nice if they gave a matching amount of toweks to people staying. Overall it was a great experience and we would stay there again. None of our issues were major, all the staff was helpful and it was a great location for what we needed. Its about 40 mins from Boston, Salem, the beach, etc.

Most important is the place was very clean. The room was spacious, much larger than other nearby hotels where the rest of our family stayed that weekend. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good the usual buffet when hotels give complimentary breakfast.

If you bring kids, make sure they are absolutely 100% quiet or else be forced to move rooms or be threatened by staff that they will call the police. Yes, that's right, the police. Hotel staff called our room and claimed they received "several" complaints about noisy kids. When we explained that we were sleeping at the time they claimed to have received the complaints, the staff member replied that she could hear kids in the background. Uh yes, we do have kids and yes, we do let them speak and be kids. Their noise was not unreasonable, but staff would not even consider our side or that maybe they had the wrong room. Moving rooms after we were already settled was a major inconvenience.

Good hotel, the room is spacious and most of the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is good but the restaurant is very small for the size of the hotel, often making it difficult to find a table. Regarding other amenities, the ice machine in most of the floors did not work and the pool is good but it is difficult to find towels and it lives full of children at all hours, which may be a problem if you just want to relax.

We really liked this hotel. It was very comfortable and clean. The room was spacious. My kids liked the outdoor pool. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. The location of this hotel is confusing when you enter it into a GPS. You need to enter the city as Bedford. Otherwise you end up somewhere completely different. The staff here were very kind and helpful. The train station was only 15 or so minutes away, and we were able to park and take the train to downtown Boston. The staff provided us with directions and a list of good restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again.
