Hyatt Place Marlborough/Apex Center

my husband and my myself got a room for the weekend kind of a relaxation/celebration, taking a break from the 3 kids and life being able to relax and celebrate a new job. Unfortunately I’m assuming some type of baseball tournament must of been close because so many kids in uniforms all weekend which isn’t a problem what was the problem was them running up and down the halls all night until 12 am being loud hitting the doors so obviously we couldn’t rest nor sleep. I specifically got this hotel for the pool also something we couldn’t enjoy because 10 kids were in the pool also wouldn’t of been a problem if they weren’t running around jumping yelling screaming throwing towels all over and in the pool. Complaining would not of help because of the amount of kids in the hotel. I do feel the pool should be supervised or looked in on frequently at least for this reason. I couldn’t comfortably go to the pool the main thing I was looking forward to again even if they were just swimming I would have went but they were running jumping screaming. If I could of cancelled and got my money back after I realized what my “ relaxing “ weekend would of consisted of I would of in a second. I didn’t sleep good at all I didn’t get to swim which as I said was the main reason I got this hotel. Getting breakfast Sunday morning was a joke. After working 7 days a week finishing school and having 3 kids this weekend was supposed to be a “reset” relaxing weekend it was not even close

One night at the hotel and it was very comfortable and clean. Large room. Pretty noise proof cause there was a kids travel baseball team there too and we didn’t hear them.

My daughters love the stay and they are both under 3. the place was kids friendly and we love the breakfast.

We stayed here for 2 nights to be close to family for holidays. It was clean and hotel employees friendly and helpful. Workout room was nice and free breakfast was standard fare and very convenient for a big family.

Nice place to stay during holiday visit with family. Very friendly and efficient staff. The only drawback -- lots of hockey families, most well behaved, but a few kids (8-10 yrs old) allowed to hang out unsupervised in the breakfast area. I also heard other guests complaining about misbehaving kids at night. Not the hotel's fault -- come on, parents!

My house was under construction and I needed a local, clean, affordable stay for several nights. Hyatt Place was just the ticket! It was clean, comfortable, easy to park, and, as a female alone, I always felt safe. I would recommend this to out-of-town business travelers and families alike.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast daily was a fantastic option, especially traveling with 4 children. The pool was popular with us and it was great.

The customer service was great! My family was so impressed with everything about the hotel. The best place to be.

I have bad experience, poor breakfast, cleanliness ,smell of smoke all time. Not recommend this hotel for family.
