Beds were super comfortable and the shower is amazing. I did think the pool was extremely small for the kids but the complementary breakfast was GREAT! My kids had a lot of fun with the waffle maker lol. Thanks!

The shift manager screwed up my family’s checkin and the hotel threatened to kick my family out the next day. Night staff needs to be trained properly

Staff was pleasant and professional. They put us on the top floor due to children there for sporting events. It was quite and an enjoyable stay. Liked the complimentary breakfast also

This is a new hotel in Marlborough. The facility is nice and clean and the staff is friendly, but they Need to work out some bugs before I can give it another star. This hotel is extremely busy with hockey kids participating in tournaments ALL THE TIME. Now, that's not necessarily a bad thing and the hotel doesn't choose who stays with them, but breakfast time for those of us not with the hockey families is horrendous. I chose a Fairfield hotel because I didn't want to bother worrying about breakfast. When we got downstairs, tons of kids and their families were there. Again, there's nothing wrong with that, they need to eat, too. However, my kids and I had to eat oatmeal that was not cooked, cold leftover eggs and bagels that were still frozen. There weren't enough plates so I had to eat cold eggs on a napkin. The hotel knows that they are going to be slammed with kids every Friday and Saturday and need to plan accordingly. Also, everyone was complaining about the WiFi or the lack thereof. While I was in the lobby desperately trying to get a signal to do some work, I heard the manager apologizing to a guest about the WiFi. He told them that they are getting WiFi boosters, which will benefit future guests but won't help any of us. If you're going to stay at this hotel, call to find out if there is a tournament going on and make your decision based on your tolerance for tons of kids in the hotel. Fix the breakfast issue and the WiFi and I will give you another star.
