My family and I loved the hotel. The front desk was amazing. The room was silent, dark and very cleaned.

Went with my family for New Years Eve. Enjoyed the room service from the restaurant, the hot tub and the pool. We had a blast for a a reasonable cost.

Overall a very nice hotel, and flexible in letting my family use the breakfast space for a small dinner gathering one evening. Our room's layout was great for 1-2 adults plus a child. Had a small issue with the thermostat in our room, plus a hotel-info QR code posted in the room came up as inactive.

The front staff were extremely friendly and helpful when my family and I had to check-in early. Excellent and kind staff. Thanks!

Felt truly cared for by very friendly, approachable, and available staff. Our bed was very comfortable. Restaurant next door was wonderful! Breakfast was well stocked with many good choices, fresh fruit, vegetarian dish, & coffee choices. Pool was disappointingly small for my lap needs, but perfect for all the kids. We had a wonderful 4 night stay!

We stay here 5 or 6 times a year when we visit family in Northampton. Never disappointed. Room always clean, nice breakfast nook, welcoming people at the front desk. Plus the attached steakhouse is a great feed.

I have stayed at D. Hotel Suites and Spa multiple times as I have a son attending college in the area. Prior to this stay, I have been happy with their prices and service. I reserved a double suite for my daughter and myself as a getaway during her February school vacation. I paid extra to reserve the suite so that we could each have our own space/bedroom and TV instead of just 1 room with a king bed and 1 TV. She asked if she could bring a friend on the morning of our trip, so I checked in with 2 children instead of one. When I approached the desk I was asked for the full names of the 2 girls I came in with and told that I would be charged extra because only 1 of them was on my reservation. I found the questions and upcharge per person excessive since I reserved a room that sleeps 6 people. I did not argue or say anything negative to the reception agent (I understand that he was just doing his job), but the charge was significant enough that I will look for other suite hotels in the area for future visits.

We stayed here for a wedding with my two children and older parents. We enjoyed our stay . Very friendly staff. The restaurant menu looked great but nothing at all for two picky little kids. We got a one bedroom suite. It was a decent size. Breakfast was good. A lot of option. Which most hotels don't have much hot food for breakfast. I'd say a 4 out of 5. The only complaint is the room looked older but it was clean.

Quick family visit. Convenient and clean

From the minute we got there, until we left, we continued to be impressed with this lovely property. The staff, the amenities, the grounds... everything is just amazing. It's tucked in such an off the beaten path area, but still so close to anything you could want or need. As an added bonus, there are about 200 places on DoorDash that will come here. My family had a great one night getaway, and we will be back. Breakfast was More than OK for a free breakfast (hot eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, yogurt... even some gluten free options. They even had almond milk for my coffee ! 10 stars !
