We were able to get an early check in, which was super helpful after a 5-hr drive. The general manager checked me in and was super friendly, saw him again at breakfast the next morning and saw him greeting guests and smiling as he carried boxes down the hall. We were only there a few hours because we were attending a family event so we basically dropped our bags and left. Everything was great with the stay except for the breakfast, it was actually pretty bad. There was no bacon, pancakes, waffles. The hasbrowns seemed uncooked and tasted bad. My father said the sausage was not cooked well either. I believe it was the housekeeping manager who we bumped into in the elevator, she didn't greet us or smile, stared at her clipboard the whole ride. She ended up checking us out the next morning (guess they have multiple roles) and did not even ask how our stay was or anything, again did not smile. Just all around not friendly. The pull out sofa mattress was a little dirty not sure if it was from the wooden slats. Other than the breakfast and one employee, everything was ok.

This was a welcome stay after 3 days of camping. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. My kids loved it. My only complaint is that the customer service was not acceptable for a hotel of this caliber. The customer service when I checked in wasn't great. I stood at the desk for 3-5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. (I did those polite noise things like shuffling my feet and putting my keys on the counter loudly and clearing my throat to try and get their attention, but it didn't work.) There was a man standing right there, but he didn't even look up. There was a manager visible in his office, but he didn't look up. Eventually the man standing at the desk not looking at me went and got someone who was friendly enough, but seemed unprepared to do the job. I was worried that the hotel would be bad because of that, but the check in was the worse part of the overall experience. The woman working the desk during the night shift was also not a super star of customer service. I get that your are overworked and maybe your job sucks, but I've worked customer service too. You suck it up, put a smile on your face, and remember that it's not the customers fault. Outside of the customer service issues, this was a nice hotel. The pool was small (the angry woman at the desk had to let us in because the key reader was broken and had been "for, like, forever.") but the water was warm and the hot tub was really nice. Good fitness room and breakfast spread.

Clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast and there was ample parking. Easy on/off the main highway. Very affordable for the area. Great for families- lots of room. Pool was warm and great for the kids to play in.

Only one staff person in the building running ragged.Only the lobby was kinda clean. The elevator floor looked shady. We questioned if it was safe. Upon entering the room all we smelt was strong marijuana and strong overpowering perfume. The room looked dirty. We went to the pool as the kids wanted to swim. Asked for towels but were told it would be 30 minutes. After waiting and getting to the pool. The entire pool area looked as muddy dogs had shook off all over the room. It appeared like there was scum everywhere. It smelt of bleach and chlorine. After a 5 minute dip the children came out smelling like dirty feet. We immensity went back to the room. Upon entering the bathroom we found a layer of dust and dirt across the toilet. The bathtub looked as it had been patched several times. The paint was peeling off the floor of the tub. It was orange red color in spots. We tried to turn on the shower to rinse off the bathing suits but it would not come on. After a few minutes it started to work. We questioned if we should stay…but after peeling back one of the bed sheets to find nasty yellow spot with red in it on the sheet we could not get out of there quick enough. We immediately gathered our things and left. The girl at the desk apologized and helped email pictures to the manager. She said we would have to email Expedia about a refund. No help to find another place to stay…we ended up driving home three hours wet and cold.

My family and I reserved at studio suite. It was spacious enough for a family of 5. The reasons we didn’t rate this hotel an excellent was because in the whole unit there was 1 tiny garbage can. There wasn’t even a garbage can in the bathroom which made it uncomfortable to dispose of trash easily. We had to improvise but it’s things like this that make that difference between an excellent rating vs a good rating. We shouldn’t have to improvise or figure out how to make our stay comfortable. We also had a leak from the shower head which caused water to fall outside of the tub. The hotel had a convenience shop in the lobby which is nice but the prices deterred us from buying much. I bought a Stella for almost $9 (more than a bar or restaurant). The hotel has a small pool which is nice for the kids. They also serve breakfast. Overall, our stay was decent and I would book this hotel again.

They had bacon. Yummy but a kid got in front of us and took about 20-30 pieces so they ran out.

We stayed there while visiting my kids. We were told about the construction. We didn’t have a luggage bench in the room, a dresser or even a light bulb in the lamp. At breakfast, I had to ask every day for butter- the worker kept insisting that margarine was butter. They also closed the fitness room the day after we arrived. I get they needed to do renovations- but I specifically asked about the gym during check in and no one mentioned that it would close

The room I booked was not available so they had to give us a different room which didn’t fit my family but we made it work. They were suppose to refund us $60 for the inconvenience which we never received. The pool was out of service which was a huge reason why we booked that hotel so my kids could go swimming.

This was the poorest experience I've ever had at a hotel. The check in was delayed by over 3 hours, which is unfair regarding the price. The pool was out of order, so the kids couldn't use it. The bathroom in our room was not cleaned well, there was noticeable hair on the bathroom floor from the previous people, there were no extra pillows or sheets in the room to use the extra double bed and the breakfast in the morning was horrendous. The toasters didn't work, the waffle machine didn't fully cook, the scones they had were also under cooked and doughy. They apologized some many times about everything.

We stayed at this hotel over the weekend. Upon check-in we noticed the foul odor coming from our hallway. When we checked into our room, the toilet was running continuously… I had to take the top off the toilet and fix it myself… there were hairs in our bathroom and in our soap dish… Then to make matters worse when we tried to go to sleep on our second night there (Saturday) we were awoken to the sound of running water in our bathroom at 11:30pm. Apparently someone in the room above us had their toilet overflow. When I called down they said they would send someone up. After about a half hour of water pouring from the vent someone finally came (waking up my kids over course). She sopped up the water, and when I asked if she would be back to clean it, she said it should be fine. I said it was toilet water and there was likely feces in it. She said she would be back to clean it. It took another 15-20 minutes before she came back. She spent five minutes in there and then left… I don’t really blame the staff is as much as I blame whoever runs this hotel. I’ve stayed in better places while deployed in Iraq. The state of the hotel was disgusting and the fact that it seems they don’t have a working toilet in the place is very concerning. We won’t be staying here again.
