Decent family hotel

Hotel is old. You could see in the sheets and shower. Sheets are slightly dinghy and there are dirt stains on the shower floor. The mattresses are old and lumpy. You could feel the springs in the pullout sofa bed more than the ones in the bedroom. For being old, hotel is fairly clean. Overall, it was a nice stay for a large family. Price helps the stay feel more comfortable. There is a $5 parking fee. It was one of the more affordable hotels in the area.

Hotel pretty clean but the faucet on sink in kitchen was loose. Check in staff great for except tv channel guide was incorrect but we figured out. First day breakfast good second day not as. Omelet had peppers in it and kids didn't like

The staff was super friendly and the room was clean and a good size for our family.

Our room was very nice and we enjoyed our time in the area. We didn't rent a car but had family in the area. It's not centrally located if you need to use public transportation but otherwise was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

This was the perfect location for our family to stay close to Boston and go into the city a couple days. Not far from Oak Grove T Station

From check in to check out, we had an enjoyable experience. Krysten was welcoming at check in and staff was overall friendly and convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean. I travelled with my grandchildren and the suite room was enough. The breakfast was very good with hot and cold options. The area felt safe and many food options were in driving distance. This hotel was not too far from Boston city center. I got good value for my money and I'd recommend this hotel to others..

This property is dated, I am so disappointed. I took my family to stay in a hotel with dirty bathroom, stains on bed board, not working appliances, we have to ask multiple time for basic items, at the point that I went to Walmart and bought what they could provide. They only had one staff member ( staff member did amazing, the problem is obviously management) hate when I had to call to ask for something. I think they need to do something to reduce noise from street and other rooms ( changing windows, better isolation, update mattress, specially the sofa bed mattress). We could hear everything from next door room ( very uncomfortable and unpleasant). We decided not to change, huge mistake. For two time came around 9pm with our kids, seeing guess smoking weed in front of the parking close to the entrance. Not pleasant either when you have to explain your kid “what’s that smell” overall we felt that we stayed in a MOTEL, that’ll explain everything better.

I didn’t know what to expect with this hotel however it didn’t disappoint. The inside of the hotel was surprisingly nice. The room was large, well equipped and the small kitchen in the room was perfect to prepare our small meals. The morning breakfast was really good. The pool was perfect for our small kids because it wasn’t deep. To be honest this hotel was not what I was expecting, it was better than expected. I would recommend this hotel to any family particularly with kids. It’s also pet friendly. I didn’t bring my pet however it’s nice to know they are also welcome.
