Took a family trip to Salem & Boston and had a great time. Hotel is well located, staff is kind and the hotel is well maintained.

The young lady at the check desk was so nice. She was very accommodating when we requested a change of rooms because it smelled of cigarettes in our original room. Though this facility is older and lacks recent updates it seems they are keeping the facility clean. We were looking for economical for our family but clean and in a safe area. This fit the bill. The continental breakfast was very good. Bacon/eggs/omelets/sausage/cereal/toast/bagels/juice/yogurt. A little something for everyone's taste. This isn't a luxury 5 star hotel but it definitely is fine for a family friendly in the wallet stay.

Room was spacious. Staff pleasant and very helpful. Very clean. Comfortable ambiance. The breakfast tables were available throughout the day allowing family to gather over a carry-in meal.
