Hilton Garden Inn Boston Brookline, MA

My family and I had a nice 4-day stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Everything was brand new and our room was in perfect condition. The location was quite nice across the street from Brookline Village and the nearest T station. Service, however, could have been better. They missed cleaning our room and they didn’t come back until the next day only after I asked 4 times. Front desk wasn’t the friendliest. They also took a long time to respond to requests like providing sheets for my baby’s bed, replenishing towels in the pool, fixing the heat and TV in the gym, etc. Despite the service deficiencies, I would definitely stay here again. Having a pool and a gym were huge pluses

Our family stayed over Thanksgiving holiday. We enjoyed the facilities , gym, dining, pool, self laundry . The staff were very courteous and helpful. Great location.

Stayed for 2 weeks while visiting family . Also brought 2 dogs our second week . Staff is great, friendly and very accommodating. Punch bowl restaurant is very good . Only complaint is the mattresses could be firmer and could use a magnifying mirror in bathroom

I was very please with the gentleman who checked us in. He was able to check us in a little early so we could get to a family event on time.

I loved the restaurant and bar area, where I enjoyed feeling like an adult after a day of babysitting an infant.

Convenient to family, restaurant on grounds, large area in lobby to meet family, on site laundry. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nice hotel, secure. Small pool, comfortable & quiet. Friendly staff other than the valet & front desk guy one night that was mocking & making fun of us for my husband twirling me in front of the elevator as we waited for it.. i guess its easy to assume we were just drunk & acting silly but really we have a baby in the hospital for over a month now & had just come back from there after receiving amazing news on the babies recovery & him possibly being released home so we were overly happy. The place is beautiful and well kept, the restaurant staff were friendly but service was slow due to lack of staff maybe? Took 1.5hrs to get our food after sitting but they were really pleasant about it (the options for food werent that great, expensive & it was the worst lobster roll i ever had.. like it was rolled in weed & served, it even had a green tint) we had the front desk hold our luggage after check out so we could attend a meeting at the hospital and when we got home we noticed our medication from the front zipper pocket missing.. cant be sure if it was them so im not going to accuse but it was put in there as we left the room & we drove home a few hours with the bags, no other contact was made with the bags.. i truly would hope a nice hotel like this would not employ ppl who would do such a thing but it's a strange coincidence since our bags only left us while they held them for us. Other than those few negatives, the hotels a nice clean comfy stay close to the medical centers.

We have stayed multiple times at the Hilton Garden Inn Brookline and are treated like family! It’s proximity to Brookline Village and Coolidge Corner is wonderful - amazing restaurants and shopping. We’ll be back!
