This hotel was great. Great area. Walked to Fenway with 2 young kids with no problems at all.

Highly recommend this hotel. I went for my son graduation from Boston University and could have not selected a better hotel. It is a modern hotel with the necessary services but it is clean and well decorated with everything me and family needed.

Overall a good place to stay, right next to a T station, nice neighborhood, lots of restaurants in walkable distance. What I did not like is the abnormal toilet seat in my room. It was so low as if meant for a kid. An elderly person would struggle to get up from that. Hence 3 stars.

Hello, the overall rating is low! The location was nice and the lobby was nice! The walls are paper thin! I could not sleep due to the person or people above me. All I could hear was feet stomping, slamming noises and kids or people loud in the hallways at all times of night. I got woken up several times at 3 or 4 in the morning due to the person or people that stayed above me. The room is small already and with all the stomping and noise I got no sleep the entire stay. I used the chat for other issues and the chat was delayed and it took hours for me to get fresh towels. No one ever cleaned the room and I set trash outside my door three times that never got picked up until I reached out to the chat again. I would never ever stay here again or tell anyone else to. It was not worth the price, the “continental breakfast” was juice/coffee and bagels that were not worth getting out of bed for. There was a bar there that was not operational and overall I wish I chose a different location.

Good evening to whom it may concern Well I came back to the same hotel because the first time back in july of 2021 my family fell in love with the place the location is the best. But this time was not even closer at the last time the staff is not what I was expecting they couldn't identify themselves, manager need more experience and the room they gave me 411 the water heater room was right next to my room. I spoke with the manager about. They didn't have any one that could do anything about the noises so for the 4 nights we spend at the room hotel they couldn't call a plumer regarding the issue so they gave me 2 options or i take $40 dollars discount for the noise or they will kick me out to find another hotel. The other bick issue they have is the parking they don't tell you until they take your deposit and everything is that the parking is public and i will have to pay $45 for every single day. $180 plus dollars and not only the barcode you get it doesn't work i will have to get out of the car and find someone to open the garage. No room service for every single day. Here i will leave my number so I will expect a call from some at expidia customer service. 305 742 9693. Bartolome Lechado. Best Regards

We like the hotel, staff was super, breakfast ok, lobby was great, women's public restrooms kinda smelly (renovations?), great water pressure, mens ok, but website little misleading for room. We arrived early and waited patiently for 4pm checkin. To our surprise our studio room did not look like the website, did not have a closet, dresser, rack or anything to put in or hang our clothes. The internet was erratic. We travel the world, just got from Egypt and have never had such an experience. When we come to visit our college kid, we like to try different hotels so this is the first time we have stayed at the Arcadian. I have not posted to social since I assume this is not normal. Not sure it makes any difference but we gave the good and bad. The lobby and its appearance, tech ports were excellent. herb davis

Longest online check-in procedure compulsory only to discover that they have a front desk. The room was not safe for a kid (exposed wires) and needed to be fixed at out arrival. The guy that put the room into safety left the toilet dirty. They gave us a refund of 1 night as they did not have another room to offer. Very nice lounge area and T stops right outside. Good breakfast included, but the main water station needed the filter to be changed.

I'm a simple person, don't really need a lot. But the one thing I really did need, was to be able to communicate with, anyone really. Long story short, my husband had a 9 1/2 hour long surgery, and it would have been nice to talk to my mom, my family. No, and let me be crystal clear, zero wifi. I was unable to make or receive any calls, let alone text. Actual texts to or from me, were recieved HOURS after they were sent. I did notice on the second day, that I could make calls in the front of the building. And I suppose other guests figured this out too, since several of us were gathered together in the lobby. It didn't help that the "modern" design (everything is painted black and the carpet reminded me of a Tim Burton movie) made it quite depressing, instead of the chic atmosphere the designers where wanting to obtain. On a lighter note, the staff was OUTSTANDING. So nice and accommodating. The place was SPOTLESS. The breakfast was delicious!! And the location is amazing! Within walking distance of so many shops, fantastic restaurants, (the Dumpling Daughter was delicious), even a Trader Joe's just up the street. If I could have just talked to the hospital (should anything have come up),my mom and my family at night, I'd give this place 5 stars.

Air conditioning useless (hotter in the room than outside) Sheets not in room. No water or glasses in room. My kids asked me if the hotel was pranking us. Would never stay here again.
