Wonderful hotel!!! Beyond my expectations. Great large room for our family of 4. We only stayed one night as we were road tripping north, but would stay again! Breakfast was good too!

Our room was very lovely. However, this hotel was not in a great part of town. We felt uneasy having our kid with us and being right around the corner from people that looked like they were on drugs. We felt comfortable in the hotel, but not to go outside and walk around. The parking was convenient, however, pricey for the night. At least our car was right there, though. Also, the breakfast options were slim so we didn't even end up taking advantage of the free breakfast.

We stayed her for a week in June, 1st time in Boston. It is about a 35 minute walk to town centre (which we walked once)..Rooms are huge and quite sufficient for what we needed with 2 teenagers..The TVs in the bedroom and living area had quite a lot of dust, but apart from that room was fine, the staff are friendly and helpful..On our 1st night there we got a taxi back to the hotel and the taxi driver warned us not to walk about the area at night, which frightened my children so we had an extra expense of paying for Ubers to and from the hotel daily, as they wouldn't walk it during the day either because of being afraid, so what we spent on taxis we could have got a hotel in a better area, which put a bit of a dampner on things. The hotel isn't in a good area, right beside the Methodone Mile, by all accounts from taxi drivers. Groups of Men and Women congregate at the Jim Rice Field(which is right outside the hotel and the view from our room) and take drugs and alcohol all day long, which isn't ideal to watch, the only plus side was there is security at the front door and you have to swipe your hotel room key to get in to the hotel..Breakfast had limited options and you need to be down early before it's gone, The Bar was rarely open there was never anyone in it. Overall I have had better stays in hotels, and I definitely wouldn't go back to this hotel more because of surrounding areas..

The hotel itself is spacious and comfortable, has a full-size fridge, a stove, a apartment-size dishwasher, and plenty of utensils. The complimentary breakfast is well stocked every morning, has a few hot items and fruits. The location of the hotel, however, is not close to the subway. It takes about 12 minutes to walk to the nearest one. There are buses nearby but those are crowded and slow. It is not very sound-proof, sirens outside and crying babies in nearby rooms will disturb your sleep. So bring some earplugs.
