Stayed one night for family Saturday event in Bristol RI and Sunday brunch in Fall River in MA. Convenient, easy parking and access, clean . Front deck staff was nice.

Everything was fine except the pool area. No one supervises it as a result we could not enjoy. Even though I told the front desk people kids as young as six in the hot tub as well as kids jumping into the pool. I tried to warm the parent that the pool was only 5 ft and they might get jumping in like that but again I was ignored and the front desk said they had no control me and my family left because we could not enjoy ourselves. I tell you the pool is a law suit waiting to happen.

There were cobwebs in the corners of the room / bathroom. No face clothes in the bathroom. Pool was good distraction for the kids. Breakfast was good. Check in and Check out staff were great. Rooms and Bathroom could be cleaner. No extra toothpaste / Just a sample bar of soap.

Decent hotel for the price and the location was convenient to get to family and friends and food places. The rooms are really small and they only clean them if you request it before 10 am the day of. The continental breakfast is delicious but don't plan on arriving at 9:15 am if you expect to eat anything. The lady who worked the weekends was lame and barely put any food out even though the food would go really quickly. The hotel offers shampoo, conditioner, bidy wash, hand soap and lotion. There is a decent pool and jacuzzi and they offer small towels in that area. Overall, would stay again if we had to but very cramped for 4 of us (husband and wife and 2 kids) with a 2 queen bed room.

Newly renovated hotel with friendly staffs and great breakfast. Nice gym room and cozy indoor swimming pool great for kids. Hotel room is very nice renovated, comfort, clean, quite , with nice river view. It very good rate for the Westport area. Pet is allowed and welcome.
