The Westin Boston Seaport District

The hotel was spacious for me and my children. It was close to the seaport. It was clean. We stayed one night.

Fantastic bed! Slept like a baby

Out for a quick 3-day with my wife and kids (8 and 10), and we stay at Westin brand hotels all the time, so qe thought this place would work well for us. But... Hotel staff was extremely rude. Multiple people went out of their way to make it harder for my family - that's just bad management. The bellhop, gesturing at a small sign, literally yelled "can't you read!?" to me when I went to grab a cart for our luggage -- after the front desk clerk literally told me to grab it. Apparently they have some rule that customers cannot touch their carts -- which is crazy. Later, a different front desk clerk blamed us for our room key cards being deactivated for the 3rd time... All three cards, kept in different places. Waiting in the checkin line made us miss our bus that we'd paid for. Mistakes happen, it's no big deal, but blaming your customers for your mistakes is no way to do business. Parking was included in the rate according to my booking and on the way out, the parking clerk would not let me leave because they didnt print it on the reciept. So, I had to re-park, go up the elevator and wait in line for 25 min just to get them to print a correct reciept to let me leave. This is not how hotel staff should treat their customers, and most CERTAINLY not at a $500+ a night hotel. This is just bad management, and a shame too, the hotel is nice and the location was good, but poor management really ruined this experience for my family.

Landed around midnight so needed a hotel close to the airport so we could get our kids to bed quickly so enjoy our tour of the city the next day. Perfect stop. Nice area with restaurants close by and close to rental car pick up. Would have stayed longer but we were moving on to another state.

The coupons for breakfast buffet and pool for the kids are reasons we chose this hotel. Breakfast was great and Kenny was EXCEPTIONAL. He was very accommodating to our large group. Wish they had a hotel shuttle but the silver line bus was within 5 min.

Perfect for traveling with kids!

Great location an easy walk to many attractions in Boston. I was there for the Boston Run to Remeber as well as a weekend getaway with my family. The room was clean and spacious and my son enjoyed the indoor pool. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel!

Very nice property to stay at and even with kids. Would stay again.

Stayed with husband & 2 young kids we had a good time they enjoyed pool even though it was cold for an indoor pool. Restaurant attached we ended did dinner. & there breakfast restaurant was decent buffet style

The staff was friendly and very accommodating to our children.
