Hyannis Travel Inn

This was an on the whim hotel find. The guy at check in was great! He offered to help With bags, told us about breakfast, offered to bring more towels to our room. Check in guy was awesome 10/10. The hotel is SUPER clean and I'm bad picky. Now listen the tub appeared older but it wasn't dirty, it was just older. I think a lot of ppl would have labeled it as dirty but it wasn't. The tile was so clean in the bathroom I was actually impressed. I've been a Realtor, Real estate investor and landlord for over 9 years so I have seen it all. The owner is actually there throughout the day and in my experience with a hotel or restaurant if the actual owner is there running the place often it is going to be good. This was a great find. There is no laundry facility on site, this was known upfront. There is a laundromat up the street about 500 ft, not sure on the hours. The pool closes earlier. We stayed on a Sunday night and it closed at 9, the hours are later other days I just can't remember what days and times, if that's important to you call and ask. The only thing that I could think of that would make the place better would be chain locks on the top of doors so kids can't just open the doors. My kid is old enough to know better, but it is always a concern.

The front staff, Liam and Cliff specifically were so friendly and helpful! Couldn’t have asked for a better crew of people to take care of our family during our stay.

Staff here is super friendly and knowledgeable about Cape Cod. I loved how conveniently located the Hyannis Travel Inn is to so many great restaurants and shops, we were able to walk to many of them. Everything else is like 5 min away driving. The pool options and the continental breakfast was also a plus. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to family and friends!

Outstanding! Really enjoyed our stay. Fantastic service — you could tell the staff really cared about the guests. Greatly warmly at check in and every time we went to breakfast or the pool. Great location convenient to Hyannis Main Street, short drive to family friendly Dennis area beaches. Would recommend checking the price of directly booking through the Hyannis Travel Inn’s website — you may be able to save a few dollars.

I stayed at the Hyannis Travel with my family and we couldn’t be happier! The customer service was excellent, the rooms were clean and the pool and jacuzzi area was the icing on the cake. We will be staying here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Its hard when not knowing an area to book accommodations based on reviews and with my decision to book this property I let my gutt feeling do it and so glad i did. The staff, Liam, Robert, the other gentalman at front and the man who takes up luggage all went above and beyond! They greeted Greg and I with a warm smile, asked questions about out stay and recommend places to see, gave directions and made sure we had everything we needed. We requested Do Not Disturb and we were still given a bag full of clean towels, TP, coffee etc tied to our door. We left before breakfast but was given our breakfast the night before! The rooms are clean, have the best power showers ive ever had in a hotel and the whole area around is spotless. Have already recommended this property to family and friends! We needed a one night stay before our ferry to Nantucket. This was a great choice. Reasonable price for the location and season and super quiet, which was my top concern. I’ve stayed in other hotels near the ferry and they can be super loud with late night parties- not this one. It’s family friendly and just what we needed!
