The hotel had friendly staff and the cabana suite was a nice room set up for a family. The location can’t be beat! My only hold up was the room had sand all over the floor from the previous guests so that was a little annoying and sound travels in the building! Otherwise I’d recommend.

First off I want to say our family stays here every years for our trip. I have never wanted to book another hotel, until this last trip. It was terrible. The front desk guy was rude and acted like I was bothering him for doing his job in checking me in. Then we get to the room and the mini fridge did not work. We were told they had no other ones so we had to fill the sink with are drinks and fill it with ice to keep at least our drinks cold. Never mind all the cold food we brought before we knew. So then we had to go out and buy a cooler just to out our milk and lunch meat stuff in to get cold with ice. The beds were so hard it was like sleeping on a brick. I’m just so disappointed in this stay I’m not sure if it’s under new management or owners but it was horrible.

They fail to render help ask for late check out due to my special need child that didnt wake. Up early and trying to give her medication treatments with that i talk very rudly and i had to risk her life by not giving the treatments after paying almost $1000.00 for just a nigt will not go back and will tell all my family and friends not to go there not a frindly staff money was more than customers services

Great location, and our two queen suite was very clean, comfy, and spacious for our family of 4. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, anbd we are looking forward to visiting again!

Stayed with my wife and two kids (ages 8 and 3) for a week of vacation. We were in the suites that overlooked the pool. The room was very nice and great overall size which gave the kids extra room to use. Balcony was large and enjoyable. Location was great on 16th street. Close enough you can walk to boardwalk and pier but far enough away it wasn’t overly crowded and loud.

We stayed at this hotel May 24-26, 2024 (Memorial Day weekend) in Room 150 which led directly to the balcony and onto the beach. The location of this property is exactly what we needed for our trip. The outdoor pool had just opened and the bar at the outdoor pool was an added bonus! Room is what we expected and everything was decent for our family of 4.

It was great for the most part; main issue was 2 families staying at the end of the hall… the adults and kids seemed to make no effort to keep noise down in the hallways; very inconsiderate. We also periodically smelled marijuana in the hallway and balconies.
The room was great… beds comfortable, plenty of towels, there was a room safe . 👍 The sofa was utilitarian… not the most comfortable, but not a big deal.

We were disappointed with the website description. It claims to have an indoor pool. It was 3 1/2 feet deep and freezing. That’s a kiddie pool to me. It states restaurants on site. It should say seasonal because they were closed. The same holds true for the beach chairs it claims to have. We were impressed with the room itself though. It included a kitchenette.

We really sorry to inform you that we were not happy. Since the Wi-Fi was so weak. So our kids were so sad. I personally didn't see like such hotel to have weak WiFi. We were cabanas site. We talked to receptionist but no solution. They sent maintenance but he didn't do anything. So if u guys choose cabana don't expect to have Wi-Fi . We would like to inform for the management is that make sure all employees are responsible for giving good service. We had bad experience. Because, front desk when we check in she told us the room no. And we heading to elevate and look for the room. But the room was not in Commander building so we got confused and we backed to the reception and we asked her we couldn't find the room guess what she said. Oh that is my fault u have to go outside and u will see cabanas we were so sad. She should told us by the time we check in. So customer is always a king . But she didn't serve as we deserve. We paid for all service but wifi was not good.
