Omg i could have found a better place to stay clean comfortable and bathroom very clean towels in wonderful condition and smelled clean really like the soap i bought my own but after trying the hotel I didn't even unpack mine I will be sure to recommend to friends and family

A great place to stay with children!

We had a wonderful welcome from the front desk. We arrived later in evening. We went to our room and found it very clean. All staff we encountered were very nice. Loved the breakfast options. Great selection for children and adults. The coffee was excellent with lots of creamer options. The indoor pool was great. We brought our granddaughters who loved the pool. This will be the only downer, the beds were a bit firm. I prefer a soft topper that your body melts into. I thought being a Hilton I would get the topper. Overall an excellent experience.

The location of the hotel was amazing and there were kind staff members. However, upon checking in they stated needing to charge an additional $20 per night for incidentals-yet never state what those actually are. They ended up charging me $40 and never telling me why. We left the room in clean and picked up shape, even cleaning up beach sand ourselves so staff wouldn't need to. I am okay paying something needed, but not okay not knowing why. Also staff stated upon check in that they would text to see our satisfaction. This never happened. I did get an email where I stated a noise complaint and never received a response as promised. Additionally, we stayed on the 4th floor with one floor above us. My entire family expects hotel noise, but this hotel is not sound proof at all. Every night of a 4 night stay there was noise directly above our room between 10:30 PM and 1 AM (with quiet hours posted as 10 PM to 8 AM). We had to call each night as the walls and ceiling shook for some reason. When we called, it would stop. There were also soft spots when walking down the hallway when your foot would sink into floor holes. Structurally this might be something to look into. Overall, if you're still with me :) this hotel was okay. If it has a deal then spot on, if you're paying more, look somewhere else.

They have a great staff there, and also it is a very family friendly hotel. Our family can’t wait to go back .

Stayed here with my pup and family. We loved it! We would stay here again! It was near the beach and we drove to the boardwalk. Dining options close by and the staff was helpful and friendly.

I chose this hotel based on the availability of three beds in one room - However, the sofa bed was HORRIBLE. Ok, yes I do not generally expect much from a sofa bed, I know - but this was worse than most - no support and both the mattress and sofa cushions were worn out. The pool did not appear clean the first day we arrived (could have been resolved the next day, but was not chancing it). Breakfast was not expensive as I expected based on this listing, but filling enough. I really appreciated the housekeepers and the size of room was what we were looking for - I just wish the sofa bed was in better condition and I could have felt rested in the morning. I would probably look for adjoining rooms in another hotel next time we come to Ocean City as a family

The only problem was check in was 4pm. Me and the family arrived at 7:30pm and I was told the room was being cleaned. After 45 minutes around 8:15pm I was allowed to go to my room..not normally a deal breaker but after being in the car with small children I wanted to relax.
