Best Western Ocean City Hotel & Suites

This property gave me a key to an occupied room twice! Ms. Edith checked me into an occupied room and Ms. Stacey did the same. They could not find my paperwork and Ms. Stacey read everyone's card to me until she found it. How can you tell a customer other occupants' names? Someone stayed in my room and was checked out to me. This is an unsafe property and we walked into a person's room sleeping with their kids. My kids and I could have gotten hurt because of the unprofessional and unsafe way the staff of this property handled the situation. We got out of the property as fast as we could and stayed in a different hotel. This is unacceptable and I am asking full refund!!

Smell in the hallway due to smoking (not cigarettes) that drifted into our room was unbearable at times. This was very inconvenient and difficult for 2 young children to sleep at times. I know this is legal in Maryland but this still a nonsmoking hotel.

It was a good stay for the price. My only real complaint is my family all woke up sore in the morning due to the mattresses. Aside from that the staff was great and helpful.

The hotel was nice clean and spacious, perfect for our family.

Great check in process and kids enjoyed the breakfast options.

Horrible customer service, and the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I stayed 4 nights with my boyfriend and little sister who is 12 and they made us pay $40 + tax for her stay. Said they were going to refund my card but I have yet to see a refund. Mold in the sink and an uncleaned tub with hair from the previous guest in it. The air conditioner smelled of mildew when in use. Housekeeping NEVER once changed our bedsheets or made our beds during our stay, a towel in the bathroom looked previously used with blood stains on it. Also underneath of sheets the mattress protector was disgustingly dirty with brown spots all over it looked very unsanitary to be sleeping on. The toilet clogged every time we used it even if it was just to pee had to go down to the front desk to get a plunger. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. I truly enjoyed staying at Best Westerns when I was a little girl with family but I don't think I can give it another chance, it was truly a horrible experience. I wanted so badly to have a nice time with my family but it was so hard to do that.
