Courtyard Marriott Waldorf

Loved the location. But wasn't happy with the pool closed wanted to bring my grand kids to swim. Well was told they only clean the rooms every other day and if i wanted more then let the know. Well it turned out they only cleaned it every 3rd day and I was there for 8 days so i got 2 cleaning's

The manger was the worst person in the would kicked me and my guest out for not reason at all I have my daughter and her friends with me and they are 7 years old and the manger called the police on us to kick us out for no reason at all and we were only there for 20minutes. Also as we were getting kicked out she was kicking other people out as well. The worst experience I ever had at a hotel and the worst manger I have ever encountered. Didn't even care that my kids were crying and the police didn't make it any better!!! Plus it was my daughter birthday and mind you it was a snow storm that evening. I will get my money back and make a police report and go the corporate. This was the worst day for me and my daughter will never forget her 7th birthday as being the worst she has ever had!!!!

Room was excellent slept like a baby, location was a plus as well near many restaurants and shopping nearby

I was surprise how clean this hotel was and the service was great ..we was welcome as soon as we enter the lobby when we checking the receptionist was so helpful..i will recommend it to my family and friends. Thank u for making our stay pleasant.

Hotel was very clean. Needed the room for overnight stay while at a family picnic. Room was clean and comfy...would definitely stay again.
