We have stayed at this Hilton Garden before. It is convenient to family we visit while there. The facility is a bit older and could use a few updates: lamps with usb ports would be great, SMART TV so I could access my Netflix and such. Also most other Hilton Hotels have the electronic key, check in, room controls, security feature of using key to travel in the elevator but this one does not. Not deal breaker and we will definitely stay there again. The friendliness of staff, awesome bar area and excellent breakfast offset the negatives, to us anyway.

Reliable, clean safe place for me to stay when visiting family. we asked to be put on the 4th floor which the staff did. The room was a little musty and the frig was off, but we were able to get things up and moving. Staff are always friendly, kind and customer oriented.

death in family. hard to enjoy get beyong hotel was great food for breakfast not the best for the price charged. However we did not come to feast. lol Hotel perfect location for us room great. thanks Hilton

Clean hotel, very quiet. Room was big enough for our family of four and didn’t feel crowded with the pack n play. Will definitely return for future stays.

I just wanted to get some much needed rest. There were children running and screaming up and down the hallways late into the night. There were adults speaking loudly and banging on doors. Absolutely no regard for the other guests on the second floor. When I mentioned it at checkout I was casually told they had a family event at the hotel. Oh well! Seem they needed to rent an entire floor to themselves. I also requested extra towels which I never received. The experience was very disappointing.

We couldn’t use the pool. there was a party and it was overrun with too many unsupervised children. Don’t advertise the pool if it is not available. I use the pool for exercise for a health reason and was told it was available.

When I got to the Hotel, I have pay in advance for 3 rooms with the specific, request of been connected one room to another, or same floor, for everyone, and they gave me, one room, on a different floor, I asked to please help with it, they said, no, because the hotel, it was full and they did not offer another accommodation, to help. I was responsible for the young kids from my church, and they did not help us. I hope they read the recommendations before serving their customer.

Everything in the room was very clean. We stay here every Christmas because it is close to family, restaurants, and gas stations as well as the beltway.

I have to travel to this area frequently to visit family members and attend family functions. I have stayed here over a half dozen times and have zero complaints. The cleaniness of the entire place and the friendly staff make it a pleasure to stay here.
