Hampton Inn Salisbury

It was wonderful we were down with our wrestling team and the staff was so patient with all the kids running around. I’m sorry to any other guest that may have been inconvenienced but my boys made memories they will remember a lifetime.

We were only passing through and stayed just 1 night. Very clean, updated, and welcoming! I’m a bit of a germaphobe and was pleased to see that not only was the hotel already visibly clean, but they had a Lysol wipe dispensing station right there in the lobby for you to take to feel even more at ease. The bathrooms are bright and have plenty of counter space around the sink. The sheets and the bed comforter are sewn together as one piece so it seems that you have a fresh, clean comforter for each guest…unheard of!!!!! I’m always so freaked out by hotel bed comforters. The breakfast bar was wonderful with plenty of hot food options (scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, waffles, oatmeal) and fresh coffee! Also had breads, muffins, cold cereals, juice, etc. It was busy with families when we were there but those ladies worked feverishly to keep things stocked and wiping up the area as needed! The hotel gym was adequate with open space, cardio machines, and free weights. We didn’t get the opportunity to use the indoor pool. There were also some pleasant details that were addressed…spa-like fresh water dispensary in the lobby and feminine products in a basket in the lobby restroom! Plenty of parking area and a covered drop-off to unload out of the sun/rain. To me, spending a little more to feel safe/clean, have nice amenities, and have a hot breakfast is well worth it!!! Would highly recommend to anyone!

There was an empty beer bottle on the floor right by the bed. Not sure how housekeeping missed that. That’s a little gross. Other than that it appeared clean. Something was going on during our stay where there were a lot of chimdren at the hotel. They were gathered in the lobby. I woke up to children literally running up and down the hallways at 6 am. It was an ok place to stay but definitely not worth the price I paid.

check-in process was easy, staff was super friendly. My little ones enjoy breakfast. Overall was great worth my money
