The property was very nice but the staff was spectacular. We are a family of 5 and our transfer flight was cancelled. We had to find a hotel last minute and when we arrived Jasmine checked us in. She was so kind and understanding and created a really comfortable environment that turned our not so great situation into a happy end of the day. Thank you so much Jasmine for your superb customer service.

My family stayed here for one night prior to our cruise. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Our room exceeded our expectations. We had plenty of room for our family of 6. Staff was very friendly. It was close to the cruise port, would stay here again .

The property is very nice to look at. The lobby area/bar is very nice. The bartender was very helpful and accommodating. BUT when we arrived we were told they had given our suite away. We called in advance to say we were delayed due to traffic. They said no worries, we have plenty of suites. We arrived at 8pm, with 4 adults and 2 kids, 7 and 4. They gave us connecting rooms but only 3 beds. And our cost was not adjusted. Very, very frustrating.

We ended up at the Homewood suites after a terrible night at 2 other hotels. We had to check out in the middle of the night from our first hotel due to bugs. Ended up at a horrible drug hotel in the middle of the night because it was the only place with a room. Started looking for something else in the morning and Homewood suites had a room. They listened to our story and let us check in early at 9:45am. Staff were friendly and specially made us coffee the next morning at 5, 2 hours before breakfast. The hotel was clean and quiet. Just what we needed. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. I am so grateful that we ended up here. We’ll look to stay at this hotel again next time we are in the area for a baseball tournament.

It was a nice trip the kids enjoyed how spacious the room was. staff was very helpful. Only problem is I was told on phone that indoor pool was heated and it In fact was not so my kids never got a chance to swim because it was too cold for them .

Set back from the street and near the Arundel Mills Mall and Casino and airport makes this a great stay.. A few pluses: 1. Staff was friendly and prompt to help 2. Good, free breakfast A few minuses: 1. Heated indoor pool.. no.. I actually think it has ice cubes thrown in it.. my daughters who swim in almost anything.. never got past a foot in the pool and the heated spa was luke-warm at best. 2. Showers (we had a suite) had very little pressure (or just the water-saver shower heads) that made the girls take longer to get out of the shower to get all the soap out of their hair. So if they left the regular heads on.. they would have gotten out fast.. using the same amount of water.. never understood they water-saving feature.. 3. All in all a good night stay.. but be warned, the kids won't like the water.. or anyone with long hair..

We loved our stay. James at the front desk was extremely friendly and inviting. Our housekeeper, Shaneka was very sweet. Even gave the kids extra popcorn, which they loved. The room was well kept, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast wasn't all that great; but the wonderful service made up for it. Will stay there again if we are ever in Baltimore again.
