Holiday Inn Express Baltimore-BWI Airport West, an IHG Hotel

Check in was Wonderful! Breakfast always great. Only complaint was a next door guess yelling at what appeared to be his girlfriend. Very..very..loud but reported to hotel and even though management said she investigated the noise did not stop until I addressed the young man myself. For the 1st time in this hotel...me and my family did not feel safe due to another guess. Unfortunately...you can't control guests but other than that the hotel was great.

Enjoyed our time at the property and would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Hotel was a good pick for price I did love the free breakfast for kids also microwave and fridge was a major plus! Pool was smaller than I thought but we still enjoyed it especially the kids. Only thing that bothered me was the smell of our room, especially when air conditioner runs I even went to dollar tree for smell goods! Overall we did enjoy our stay polite staff, lots of stores close by I just would recommend major deep rug cleaning on carpets in room also when you walk in it smells really nice it would be great to add smell goods to the rooms!

This was an amazing stay even though it was only for one night. My family and I slept well and had a fun interaction with one of the employees (Ms. Theresa or Teresa a.k.a. Ms. Sunshine) during breakfast. She was really sweet.

The Holiday Inn Express- BWI West is conveniently located close to the airport with a shuttle service. They even provided a shuttle back to BWI at 4 am for our departure. The hotel is spotless and updated. Great breakfast, with many options! I loved the small unexpected touches. In the lobby, you'll find two choices of chilled flavored water...mint/cucumber and strawberry/orange. When we got to the airport going home to California, I discover I had left my cell phone with a credit card and ID in the room.. Ugh! Well, I immediately call the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful. They attempted to have the shuttle driver bring my phone to the airport on the next trip, but I had to board my flight. I spoke with the manager, David, and he referred me to a company the hotel partners with ileftmystuff.com. For a small fee, UPS delivered my phone to me in California the next day!! My family and I will be returning to Baltimore regularly and I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you!!
