Element Arundel Mills BWI Airport

Room was dirty, dust and hair on the floor, carpet i tripped over countless times due to edges being curled, the mattress did not fit the frame. The walls are super thin you can hear everything in the room next door. When theyre talking. In the bathroom, everything There was some kind of alarm going off and when went to desk to inquire the agent said well i dont see anything down here singnaling theres anything wrong and dismissed me. Didnt check it out or care to hear anything more from me. The cable was hit and miss, most channels didnt come in at all just static. The breakfast was cold even at 7am when was first brought out. The yogurt bar was amazing though. There were kids wanting to make creal but there were no bowls. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to any one visiting the area.

The room was not swept the floors were dirty. Also kids running through the hall all hours of the night. Call service desk and nothing was resolved.

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived (2 hrs after checkin.) We were supposed to have a 2 queen size beds but they gave us a suite with one bed and pull out couch. We waited over 6 hrs to get linens for pull out couch only asking for them 4 times. The bartender (which was 30 mins late)brought her 3 kids to work with her, 2 of which were under the age of 2 and were running all over the bar area even trying to get behind the bar. Would not recommend this hotel to anybody!

Great place for a long stay. The rooms have a kitchen with all the necessities. The rooms are spacious and there is plenty of closet space. The area is very centric and located near all important things. We stayed here for a week with a child and it was the smoothest stay ever. Staff is super friendly and the breakfast has lots of choices even non dairy / no meat options. We will be staying here on our next visit

The hotel was nice. The only 2 issues I had was first one of the elevators was extremely shaky when riding it compared to the other that was smooth and quiet. The second was that my kids and I came into the room to a extremely strong marijuana smell. Told management but other than a security officer checking our room nothing was done. The smell was so strong that it didn't go away until the last night we were there.

Filthy room. Had to wait for someone to come and vacuum after checking in. We had to stand out in the hall after a 5 hour drive waiting. The room stank. Like mold. I sprayed a half a bottle of body spray around just to not get sick. The air/ filter didn't work correctly and the room never cooled down. The loudest Fire alarm ever went off 3 times without warning, and I got an attitude when I called down to the front desk to complain. The front desk also never called us back to let us know if there would be any more alarms going off that day because we didn't want to leave our dog in the room if so. She would have been terrified. Called corporate customer service while staying there. It was perfect because the alarm went off again while they were on the phone with me. She assured me my complaint would be investigated and I would hear back within 5 days. We are way past that and no call. If I thought they would have comped my last night I would have left to go home early. What was supposed to be a much needed relaxing family mini-vacation was just a very expensive stressful regret.

Great hotel! The staff was great, the room was amazing to the kitchen, the bed (very comfortable) and the bathroom. Our family had no complains and we plan to come back this summer.
