My family missed our flight leaving Baltimore and had to rebook for the next morning. I couldn’t risk staying overnight in the airport so I booked the room via hotels.com, I prepaid and then had to get a taxi to the hotel and once there to check in I was told that they were sold out and that they tried to call me which they did not and to add insult to injury they sent me an email while I was standing in front of the desk clerk stating that my room was sold out. This experience left me, my husband and my autistic son standing outside calling several hotels in the area only to be told they were all sold out. My husband finally found another hotel on the other side of town and we then had to spend more money getting another taxi. Very disappointed and disgusted by this whole experience

Overnight trip with son. Appt next day at Johns Hopkins. Twenty-minutes away. Firm bed soft pillows. Room clean. AC was a little noisy but better than none at all. Staff was excellent, kind, and respectful. Pool and gym were small but great for overnight. I loked the selection for breakfast. My 16 year old said did not like it. I told him to go hungry. I liked it. Very close to Arundel Mills Mall and Bass Pro shop. Had dinner and show at Medevil Times which was a nice change, food, and actors. Casino close but not taking a kid.

The hotel was painted in nice colors the staff was nice. The hotel was close to my family and shopping. Please keep up the good work . I love Marriott.

Everyone at this location was Amazing!! The property was so clean and well-kept. My husband and I will definitely return with family and friends!

Very nice people here. That being said there is one guy that works here that drove into the parking lot at a very excessive speed, and my 3 young children were with me unloading luggage, if he would slow down then the experience would have been perfect.

My only complaint is that someone knocked on my door at 4am yelling room service. The staff advised that sometimes the kids knock on doors and play that game on the weekend

The hotel is beautiful but the staff needs to be more professional. Most of them have an attitude. I got to the hotel at 330AM and waited infront of the sliding door for a good 10 minutes, it was LOCKED. The receptionist was SLEEPING in the back room. After knocking on the door, standing there freezing my butt off with two sleeping toddlers in my hand she finally comes to the desk and presses the button to let us in. She then asked if I had a reservation, without saying "hello" , "welcome" or "sorry for the wait" ... she just went straight to the question. I had her name written down but I misplaced the paper. She was just horrible at customer service. Otherwise .... the hotel was clean and very comfy.
