The room next door had a dog that was barking all night and kids running through the halls at 12am in the morning

My family always stay there, we had a great time, except the pool room soon as you go in I think they may put to much of something in the water, instantly your eyes get to burning without even getting in the pool.

Overall the stay was ok. The customer service needs improvement. I would appreciate a partial refund for this experience. I waited over two hours for towels to be delivered to my room. When the items finally arrived I received floor mats! My family arrived late to an event we traveled 10 hours to attend! Cleaning services must be requested. Parking is extremely tight and spaces are limited. This location needs additional staff to reduce the burden on the front desk person. Thank you!
