We have stayed before—2-nights this time to visit family in walking-distance. Dining was very slow for breakfast-items and late-dinner-items—I think short-staffed. But food quality was fine—although limited menu.

I arrived 3 hours after check in time and was told the room was not ready. I had to wait with my family in the lobby for 2 hours! Many other people had the same issue and the front desk lady was rude and overwhelmed. I paid trough hotels.com and the front desk still charged me $240 extra which I’m still waiting to get a refund on. They told me it was an incidental damage hold but ended up charging me that amount. The bathtub also had plenty of noticeable hair and no soap or shampoo was provided on the dispenser. After all that weight time I wasn’t goi g to ask for another room since I knew there wasn’t any other ones ready! For the price of this hotel per night I expected more and better service. Never will I stay here again!
