Holiday Inn Express & Suites Waterville - North, an IHG Hotel

There was a large party of teenagers from a sports team that was screaming and yelling, running up and down the halls and slamming doors until past 1am. The front desk says they fielded a bunch of complaint calls and they call the offending rooms but made no effort to actually visit the rooms to confront the kids or parents. Just let them keep smoking, yelling and slamming doors. Worst stay ever. The front desk finally agreed to move my room at 1:30am so I did get almost 2 hours of sleep.

Have stayed here multiple times when visiting my child in college. Great location, friendly staff, very good breakfast, and clean. Indoor pool is a plus when traveling with the kids. I can’t find a negative thing to say.

Great stay, spacious 2 bedroom suite room for a family of 6 to spread out.

The atmosphere was awesome when we walked in. We notice right away how clean the lobby was. When we went to our room, we were very impressed how clean our room was. It looks like it had all new furniture. The bathroom was very clean and even the floors were clean. It was very quiet when we were there. The employees at the desk were very courteous . We felt very welcomed there. The breakfast bar was fantastic and very very clean. The coffee bar was also great. We will definitely come back to this Hotel the next time we come up to Maine to visit family. Also right on the main road we were on has plenty of food places to eat and also a big Walmart now the road. We were very pleased!

Great stay for family of 6!

POOL WAS COLD! Disappointing for my kids, their lips were actually slightly purple. Walls are paper thin. The suite was very spacious and we enjoyed the stay.

Check in service was friendly and attentive. However, desk attendants on check out were busy smoking and never noticed I was waiting. The room was clean and spacious. Pillows were all feathers, which was a problem for my allergic family members, but one night was okay. We had to request bedding for the pull-out couch, and the staff could not find a flat sheet so they offered two fitted sheets. Mainly the hotel was convenient on our way through Maine. I wouldn’t recommend otherwise.
