The personnel at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. It is a really nice hotel. It was comfortable and roomy. The pool and hot tub were perfect. My family enjoyed that for a solid 2 hours.

Went to Maine to visit with family. I hadn’t been in many years. Stacey at reception checked me in and was so friendly and helpful. She gave us great suggestions and has a great attitude.

Nobel U10 travel baseball team stayed the same night and made the experience for all other guests miserable. Multiple complaints were made to hotel staff about parents not supervising kids in pool and being unsafe. The staff should have kicked them out of pool area after parents did nothing but did nothing. Baseball parents continued their party in the parking area past midnight with kids running in and out and playing music from their cars.

All of the staff were very friendly, from check-in to check-out. Desk, food service, cleaners all very friendly. Stayed there for a family ski trip to saddleback about an hour away. I’m told it is centrally located to Sunday River and Sugar Loaf as well. When we come back to the area we would stay here again.

Stayed here because it was near some family. Best hotel in the area. Relatively clean (There was a bit of dirt in the light fixtures and some grease leftover on all the hinges that got on my clothes). Overall the staff were super friendly, the breakfast was great, and it was a very convenient location.
