I've been to Augusta many times to visit family and used to stay a wonderful bed and breakfast in an old mansion, so I had no expectations about the Quality Inn, which I assumed was an uncaring chain. The property, especially the third floor executive suite, was very nice and the staff was welcoming and professional. The continental breakfast was very extensive as well.

We were pleasantly surprised at the comfort and cleanliness of this hotel. We booked it as we were driving there so it was very last minute. We were greeted by a very sweet and happy young woman, Sinead, when we first arrived. The breakfast was also excellent! The waffles were a favorite with the whole family. I would absolutely stay there again.
