Oxford Casino Hotel

I asked to check in early ant 2 pm and was told I could if I paid 30$ extra. So I did as I was meeting family and wanted to get settled. I went to my room and came back down 15 minutes later to meet my family and they had checked in early as well with no charge. Not consistent!

Fun experience! All staff were super friendly and nice..Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This was one of our favorite places to go for celebrating birthday's and our anniversary, which was our reason for this stay but I don't think we'll be back any time soon. The check in process makes me cringe as there just always seems to be an issue. You stand there while both ladies have no one (other than a security guy chitchatting)no eye contact, they certainly don't go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Actually felt annoyance because we interrupted the chit-chat. Not friendly. The slots are so tight, never seen anyone win big on any of our trips. The rooms have always been very nice however this past trip was horrible..almost felt like we were placed with all the families and animals. Kids screaming, dog barking..maybe the 4th floor next to the elevator was punishment for breaking up the chit-chat lol, I don't know but it was a rough night and morning. The pub was excellent as usual, food was great and great service, the bar staff excellent as usual and the casino was super clean as always. Think it's time to venture off for future celebrations.
