The hotel was very clean, the stuff were very nice and helpful with a great positive attitude during my seven days of stay. It is a family oriented place . I will suggest this hotel to anyone who want to be away from the city crowd.

Travelling with the whole family. Enjoyed the stay at this location. First time in Freeport. My GPS couldn’t properly locate it, no fault of their own. The sign on the road was hidden by the trees leaves, and this didn’t help at night under the rain. The staff members I interacted with deserve 10/10 for the friendliness and professionalism

We were their in business but also to see family. The location is good the Staff was AMAZING! Especially the gentleman that seemed in charge of everything except the front desk. He did breakfast, helped us with our TV, when we had family over to swim, they let us use the breakfast area you order in food. They went above and beyond! They breakfast had hot items every morning.

It was a good overall stay. No complains. The comments about the rooms that look to the street and the sound are true, for me and my family it was not an issue but if you are a light sleeper it can definitely affect you.. but overall it was a good stay, I would recommend it.

I know that staffing everywhere is an issue, however, the room we were rented for nearly $300/night had an Smokey odor and the bathroom ceiling had visible mold growing over the tub/shower. These are the only two issues that we had on our stay. Our kids loved the pool and we had a great family staycation in Freeport.

435 for a standard 2 bed room is crazy. First sent to room that wasnt ready. Then assigned a standard room in which the lock keep malfunctioning. Took special effort to lock room. In middle of night to kids used their key and opened our door thankfully we hd safety bar on. A stay not worth the average cost for holiday inn let alone 435 dollars for one night. Will not recommend ti others
