Hilton Garden Inn Freeport Downtown

Very nice place. Unfortunately we didn’t try the pool as we were short of time due to family obligations. Excellent staff from manager to housekeeping. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

We are local and stayed during the power outage. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, the room clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend to out of town friends and family.

We couldn’t get into the room right away at the door was stuck shut with the upper lock from the inside, so the staff was friendly enough to assist us in getting inside. The beds unfortunately were little to be desired between the flat pillows and the springy mattresses. The desk light, although it was turned off, flickered throughout the night and kept my family member awake. Throughout the night all we could hear was what we thought was the water heater behind the mysterious door on the longest wall by the tv. It rattled and continued to knock. No fans in the bathroom was less than ideal as well. The service by the staff was great.

Staff was wonderful! The hotels clean. Location convinient. One tiny request upgrade the pillows. Other than that everything was GREAT! My family was happy. Thank you guys!!!

They were overbooked, understaffed and RAN OUT OF EVERYTHING! Our room smelled like wet dog. After our family get together I asked for towels to shower- I was told “they were out”! Of ALL THE TOWELS! I got back to our room and the bed covering is extremely thin and the room is cold. I asked for blanket and Shaun was told “we don’t have any” !?! I’m okay with a hotel running out of things on a normal day but when they upcharge the room an additional $300 for a festival week- YOU’D BETTER HAVE THE STAFF AND SUPPLIES to cover the amount of guests!! Of course I reported all of this to the mgt but nothing was done or corrected. Will never return to this hotel which is a shame because it is a beautiful and clean space. The staff was very friendly. Just ill-prepared.

Friendly service, and a great room for a great price. Was able to book a 45 minute slot to use the pool exclusively for our family. We requested a roll away bed and it was there and ready when we checked in. It was a real bed not a cot which was a excellent surprise. Small problem with a battery in a smoke alarm and some dirty socks underneath the bed but overall was a nice stay. We liked that we could walk right to town. We would stay there again.

Awesome family trip school shopping and bonding… spent days shopping and laughing Love the location and facilities and the staff just amazing We will be returning
