Clean, safe, hotel, near everything. Has a great heated pool, and the staff is very nice. Breakfast in the morning. Checks all the boxes for a family place to stay.

Outdated - has carpet squares Carpet around the air conditioner was wet from it leaking. They do not accommodate food allergies. Staff was rude about my grandchild’s peanut allergy. She said the hotel was full and she didn’t have time to find out needed information about foods being served.

The Hampton Inn Freeport/Brunswick is a fabulous hotel, certainly above the "cleanliness" standard of other hotels. However, it was the staff that "sealed the deal" for me. They were all professional, thorough with careful attention to detail and thoughtful, especially the front desk staff, Mary, Nikki and Gina. The Hampton Inn Freeport/Brunswick will always be a first choice for me, family and one I recommend to friends.

Good but not great for the price. No majore complaints except we could hear the family in the next room too well. Room was clean, extra towels requested arrived very promptly.
