We have stayed in this hotel for a few years. But no more. Something has drastically changed. We stayed 3 nights and couldn’t get our room cleaned once. No staff at the front desk. It seemed it was run by kids. Anyways. We will be staying elsewhere next time.

This was a great property. Pool and hot tub were clean and warm. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was on time with lots of options. Easy walk to the mall with fun huge arcade for the kids. We loved it. 10/10

6am in the morning, neighbors yelling at their kid to wake up. Bathroom had tiny soap bottles and bed was harder then a rock! Im quite unimpressed with that stay. Weve stayed at other hampton inns and never had that experience.

Schools were out and the family across the hall thought the hallway was an extension of their rooms. Kids running up and down the hallway, everyone acting like it was their own house. I will never again stay at this facility at this time of year.

Stay was just ok . The staff was great, but the property could use a good cleaning & it is so NOISY & lots of kids partying in the halls , screaming all night . & you can hear every word , door close , shower running etc in the adjoining rooms . My family and I got NO sleep . None .

It was great! Very comfortable and a great hot breakfast. Neighbors were very loud with kids running up and down halls and door slamming but not hotels fault.

Great location but the property was dirty. There was trash everywhere, broken beer bottles in the area for pets. We were one of the only families that cleaned up after our pets but there was no trash cans provided to discard. Very disappointed.

Although the staff was friendly this place was dirty. There was food under my bed, razors still in the shower, leaves all over the floor, candy stuck on the elevator floor, etc, etc. I would not stay here again. Lastly, it was quite loud at times with a crying baby next door and loud people in the hallways.

We live local to this hotel and go periodically for a staycation. Our kids love the pool and the breakfasts are amazing. The staff goes above and beyond in kindness.
