We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and wanted a nice room. There were several children literally running around the 9th floor slamming doors until around 10 o’clock or later. The room had open gaps at the bottom of the windows and the bathroom was so small we could barely get into the shower due to the toilet. We expected more from a King Suite. There wasn’t an ice machine on that floor nor any indications where to find one.

Took my family on a day trip stayed overnight. The hotel was very dated. The bathroom amenities were not stocked. The beds are very old and you could see had been very worn out. The shower was still dirty. Would not recommend Staying here

The hotel was nice and clean. The pool was warm and great for the kids. We stayed for 2 nights and our room did not get cleaned in the middle of our stay. We found that odd. Everything else was great.

Check in was easy, pool was under construction. It should be posted on site, as that was a deciding factor for children. Kids had bathing suits on and walked to lobby only to be disappointed. Information would have prevented this.

The kids loved the pool and we spent quite a few hours enjoying it. The room was clean and comfy, but it was a little loud. I could hear everything in the hall and in the rooms next door.

The staff was really accommodating. Our family enjoyed the warm cookies, and the very large pool. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was by very friendly and helpful. Matthew the shuttle driver was very kind and be friendly. I was thrilled that Hilton offered allergy friendly cookies!! Kudos for making your welcome treats accessible to everyone. I have two kids with severe food allergies so this was very important to me. I definitely will be staying at Hilton DoubleTrees when traveling. Overall, it was an amazing stay. Thank you.

The room was kind of cramped. With three adults,a child and a dog. The bathroom was ridiculous. With barely enough room to open the door and sit on the toilet. My husband is handicap so if was extremely difficult. The warm cookies was a nice touch. For the price of the room and space. I would not stay again. Also being put on the fourth floor. With only one elevator working. With a dog. Is not a good idea. Coffee and water should be available all day. Free breakfast would be nice(even just a continental one. The pool was nice.

First of all, the smell. This room was in the rear tower, it smelled musty and of cigarette smoke. We went to our room, the hallway was littered with empty White Claw cans. When we opened the door, the smell was terrible. My daughter said, “Someone left their clothes on this chair and look, they squirted yogurt all over”. “Yogurt” ahem. Needless to say, we asked to switch rooms and were accommodated. I asked to be put in the main tower to which he agreed but he put us in the other tower anyway. We took it. This room did not smell good but was not as bad. The closet was broken and unable to be opened, the carpet was ripped, there was something red spilled on the comforter that was sticky and I imagine would come off if washed, there was mildew all over the shower tile and shower curtain, a lot of dirt and hair on the bathroom floor. Wet toilet paper stuck on the wall. A few bugs on the walls in the room, what appeared to be a shoe print on the inside of the door. One bath towel, one hand towel, one wash cloth, shared shampoo, body wash, and conditioner are attached to the wall with pumps. The fitness center did look decent however, there is no supervision anywhere so the heat was running at 90 degrees which you can see on the thermostat in there even though it was 87 degrees outside and kids go running in and out. Apparently the heat runs so it’s hot where the pool is? I don’t know. We only saw one person working there which was the front desk attendant. We got out of there
