The room looked like it had not been updated in years, furniture had dips from people sitting in the chair and on the ottoman, the entire 5th floor smelled stale and the worst part was the water was brown. The towels were yellow from what I assume was washing them in the brown water. This was just one night stay for my family and I as we passed through but a hotel 1 mile from them that we stayed at the week before had clean, clear water.

The room was clean at first sight but when we were ready to get into bed the blankets were all dusty.. there was hair in tub and no body wash filled.. was literally empty..my family was continuously sneezing and i had 3 and 10 year old with me who couldnt sleep well which was the whole piont in getting the hotel for.

The hallways were very stinky and smelled like sewage. We went down the halls of 2 different floors and there was trash all over. Little pieces of paper, hair, toilet paper, crumbs… disgusting. We got placed in a room with a non working toilet, called up front, and she told us to come all the way back down. She handed us a new key and never said any form of apology for the hassle. Once in our room it smelled bad as well. Our bath tub was dirty and looked like it wasn’t cleaned well. After speaking with another family that has been here since Wednesday, they said the bad smell just appeared this evening.

lobby was exceedingly hot, not warm, hot, excess of 80 degrees. So hot i could not visit with family in hotel. Had breakfast, not worth price, and sweated while eating. No hair drier, trouble getting towels. I will never stay at Hilton again, family either.
