A/C worked, but not quite as cold as preferred. Lovely staff and breakfast. Felt safe with kids.

Drove in from Colorado bad service room wasn’t cleaned really . Bad service have kids running around knocking on doors late at night . Asked for another room due to the tv not working they transferred me . But want to accuse me . Please before you check in check the room before you sign anything . Won’t be staying here again . Will pay extra money to stay somewhere nice

It was ok. Our toilet in room 124 was stopped up. The family above us was irritating because at 12 am they started jumping up and down and disturbing my kids and I’s sleep as well as my peace in quiet in the morning like 8-10am they we back to jumping and playing loudly.

The inside pool and gym was great! My kids had a great time… the room was very clean and nice.. worth every penny for sure

Check in went fine but we soon found our TV was not working. We asked to have it replaced or change rooms but was told they couldn't do anything until 9am the following morning. At about 11am the following morning we had not heard anything so we asked the front desk again. She said they would take care of it. However, when we returned to the hotel about 5pm we still had the broken TV. We contacted the front desk and they moved us to a new room. The pool was overran with 30 something people who were not staying at the hotel. Car after car load of the same family arrived and they were in the pool everytime we went out. There were so many it made it difficult for our kids to enjoy themselves. These same people were smoking weed and drinking heavily. Their kids were rambunctious.. drinking and eating in the pool... kids without diapers... trash everywhere. One girl drank too much and threw up on the patio then passed out in the lounger. No one ever came out to check on things. The door going back into the hotel would not except anyone's keys so we always had to walk around to the front entry. The shower in both rooms didn't have anough water to even get your body wet. We seen a roach crawling around the water station at the front desk. The stay was way less than ideal and caused us more havoc than enjoyment on our trip. We will be contacting hotels.com for a refund. The owners of this place do not care about it and it shows.

We book a room for my wife and I and 3 grandkids. Nice size room but dirty. When we open the sofa bed garbage from month was in there. We asked for clean sheets but they never showed up. Only 1 bar of soap that had to cover both sink and shower. Only 3 towels for 5 people. Only 1 tiny shampoo.

Convenient location & friendly staff! Clean room & plenty of room for our family of 5! Loved all the breakfast options!

Price is way too high for dirty rooms . Me my kids and husband all woke up with bug bites . Has to get switched rooms because the sheets were full of hair and dirt . Only thing I liked was the front desk staff was pretty nice

It wasn’t totally bad, but if I knew the pool would have been closed for our 7-night sister’s trip we would have booked at another location. Great breakfast. Need more staff to control kids from playing in the exercise room and running around freely. Our room was very comfortable and right next to the back entrance, but the door did not work so every day one of us had to go through the front entrance just to let the other in the side door. I will be visiting again soon and I will book again if the pool is operable. They should give me a discount or a complimentary stay, just saying.

We stayed on first floor and their were young kids left alone in room. They were cutting up, slamming doors etc. staff said they could not do anything about it. They offered to change our room but they should have done something about those children
