Comfort Suites West Monroe near Ike Hamilton Expo Center

The front desk staff was amazing and very accommodating and helpful. The maids were extremely nice and willing to got he extra mile to make our stay there great! The breakfast buffet is amazing! The kids loved it! Thank you Weat Monroe Comfort Inn and Suites

We were passing through on a family road trip. The service was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was your usual hotel fair and did its job. I would definitely stay here again!

When we walked in the smell was very strong. I was very worried because it did not smell good at all. The 2nd floor hall was better, but the room was perfect! No bad smell at all. That was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, in a hotel. Love the shower instead of the tub! The staff was super friendly! I will definitely stay there again and recommend to my family and friends! Oh and the price was perfect too!! I also need to mention the bright lights outside! I certainly felt my car was safe!

Comfortable, clean room Friendly, efficient front desk Only complaint was no milk available at breakfast to go with the cereal. Attendant said they’d sent for some but it didn’t arrive in the 30 minutes my family was there.

Hotel was nice...but the breakfast needs help..biscuits looked horrible...powder eggs...no bacon...sausages wasnt good either...they need up they breakfast choices...both nights on floor above me half the night it was very very loud!! Seem like kida running jumping banging half the night..even my own kids complained of the noise...i dont see how front desk disnt hear it...

The front desk lady that was there at checkin and check out was very nice and polite! We didn’t ever see the breakfast staff and there were things we were looking for and could’ve used some assistance. There was very little silverware out and no knives. The pancake machine was working either. We did like the little muffins and that they were wrapped so our kiddos could grab one for the long car ride.

Shade in the room didn’t go down so the light from the parking or shined directly in the room! Front desk staff said there was no one who could fix it till tomorrow am. That will not help us in the middle of the night with bright light shining in. The room above us ran around all night kids stomping on the floor!

We were greeted almost immediately by a very pleasant, and organized, front desk host. The room was very clean. We had a new walking toddler with us and we felt comfortable letting him down on the floor in the room. The only negative is that there’s a smell that permeates downstairs. It smells like “gas.” When we asked about it, she told us we aren’t the first to notice it. They’ve had people out to double check their dryers and think it may be the pool chemicals. We were on the 3rd floor and our room smelled fine. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, hash browns, and waffles, but we did have the smell to contend with. Overall, a good stay.

My Friday night stay was wonderful. The lady at the front desk was great and very accommodating. The pool was very chilly for part of the year. My Saturday night stay wasn’t as great. The Bar ws closed, the pool was closed due to guests behavior. The guests across the hall from me on the 3rd floor were extremely loud and ran the halls back and forth to different rooms in the very early morning hours which made it hard for my kids and I to sleep well.

We had a family funeral in town and have stayed at most of the hotels in that area. This is our first experience with this hotel and we will only use this hotel from now on!! The staff including both girls at reception and the 2 cleaning ladies were wonderful! The cleaning ladies even took pictures of me and my sons all dressed up for me!! The beds were so comfortable and clean! I wish there were adjoining rooms but we made it work! The rainfall shower heads were so high and we loved them!! We are a plumbing family so we pay attention to details like shower heads!The breakfast was more that expected and wonderful. The apple juice was not the greatest though. The pancake maker was a huge hit with my boys and I ! We can not wait to go again and get to use the swimming pool!! Thank you for accommadating our changes to our reservations due to more family coming than intended. The room phones did not work when trying to call another room but that might be an easy fix!!
