The fire alarm went off at 2:30 am. I called the front desk to ask about the situation and the front desk clerk said she had no idea. My family and I could not sleep after because we weren’t sure of what was going on. Nobody called to let us know that it was safe to be in the building. Terrible night.

The hotel is pleasant, but I almost slipped twice in the bathroom due to the poor quality of the tiles. Additionally, the breakfast was finished before the scheduled end time, which was inconvenient for guests, especially those with kids.

There were not enough clean towels in the room for all of our family and the front desk I formed us there wouldn’t be any until morning. After checking in, a staff member unlocked and opened our room door on us while we were in the room, without knocking. The air conditioning barely worked, room was humid all night, none of us slept well. We couldn’t wait to check out.

We had a quick getaway weekend to see family and this was the perfect hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean! Definitely will be our hotel choice for all future stays in Slidell!

A great family hotel. We stayed for one night with our two teenagers and our toddler. There was a sofa bed so the teens didn’t have to share a bed and a pack and play in our room for the toddler. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate and got some nice hot food items. Simple and everything we needed. The staff were courteous and helpful! Would definitely recommend this hotel!!

Hotel is NOT for young children. pack and play was not set-up and it was difficult to get sheets for the pull-out couch. The bathroom door is frosted glass too, so anyone who goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night wakes up the whole room.

Great location and no complaints. The room had a lot of spaces and didn’t feel cramped at all with a family of 4. I would stay here again.
