Would definitely stay again. It was great for family stay, but would also stay as a couples getaway as well.

My stay at the Jung hotel was great. I loved the room and the facilities. And the hotel personnel was very kind and helpful with any question or request I had. I would definitely stay in the hotel should I arrive in New Orleans again and would also recommend my family and friends.

I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again. The hotel rooms are very spacious and clean. The service from check in to check out was excellent. Monique was extremely helpful in accommodating my family in attendance for my niece’s graduation. I have stayed at many hotels in New Orleans and this one is now one of my favorites.

Had a nice stay. The hotel was great and what we needed for a family of 4. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet. The trolleys weren’t operating at the time we were there so we had to walk to the French Quarter. There aren’t a lot of restaurant options around, but the Quarter is not far (1/2 a mile, 1 mile to Jackson square). The only issue i have is the cost of parking ($45 / day) but seems to be the standard for all hotels in the area. The valet was great and is open 24 hours. They were friendly and courteous.

The decor is lovely, but up close the hotel filthy and most items were broken. Checked in due to an emergency with my daughter who is a college student nearby. My room was dirty. There were no towels and when I requested some, I was told there were none because the laundry service didn’t drop off. Why would they rent a room if towels could not be provided? Towels arrived at 10am-ish, but I had been up since 6am. The manager was polite as well as the morning staff who switched my room upon request because it was dirty. Oh, did I mention the baby gecko that ran across the TV stand that morning. The next room, although a better layout, was just as dirty upon examination. Black mold in the shower grout- gross! This room had a baby roach instead, which made me miss the cute gecko. Lastly, the elevator was out because the engineer could not find the reset key. So, several people were waiting in the lobby to get up to their rooms. I requested to take the stairs 7 flights because I had an appointment. However, I was told by the staff, that taking the stairs wouldn’t work because they had to figure out how to get me out of the stairwell to my room. And might I add the night desk person Perry was rude and condescending. But for the emergency, I would have long been gone. At the first opportunity that we could leave, I booked at the Nopsi… a nice hotel with towels, working elevators and everything! Lastly, the beds suck! Don’t bother staying here. Sincerely, Grossed out

My family has stayed in this hotel 3-4 times, but we had not been there in a couple of years. When we went Mother's Day Weekend, 2023, the coffee shop and the restaurant were closed for maintenance. I don't believe that. I think they closed it because it was cheaper to be closed. Those restaurants were in good condition. Regardless, we were in a food desert -- nothing to eat or drink anywhere near. One day out of the three we stayed, they had coffee set up at the bar in the lobby. The other days they told us the coffee is in the room. Well, our coffee maker just spilled water everywhere and didn't work. One of the reasons I have liked this hotel is the rooftop pool. The chair cushions were nasty, and no one had cleaned the tile on the inside of the pool in a long time. Also, the area at the valet was kind of gross -- trash in the planters. Don't go there.

This hotel gave me mixed feelings. Very intriguing (in a good way) in terms of design and layout, but missing dinning options. The hotel is located 7 min walk from the first corner of the French Quarter, in a neighbourhood which didn't look too appealing. The staff at the front desk were nice and they tried to make our experience better. We did not have running hot water in the shower (there is a stupid knob for kids/seniors safety which didn't work), After one day of complaining the problem wasn't fixed (it was weekend in their defence), so they decided to give us an upgrade and move us to a better room which was very nice. Also the housekeepers don't speak English and it's hard to communicate with them. Two days they didn't make our room and we had to call the front desk and ask to send someone to do it. The biggest down part is the luck of dinning. We got a VIP free breakfast bonus at the time of reservation. The only place we were able to eat was a coffee place adjacent to the hotel. They just have one employee. The girl was taking the order, was the cashier, the barista, the sandwich maker, etc. So, imagine the wait time in line. Plus there were not many tables available to seat. If you come back to the hotel, tired after all the attraction activities done that day, there is no place to eat. You must go to the French Quarter. In the main/entrance area and in the two rooms we stayed the arm chairs were very very dirty. The hotel should do something about it.
