The area was safe and within walking distance to popular areas. Also easy to catch transportation right out side hotel and breakfast was a plus. Would recommend to families traveling both children.

We were told check in was at 4 pm. Arrived to check in at 330 I was told we were early but the room should be ready soon. Obviously we were early so I waited until about 10 after 4. Went up to ask if the room would be ready soon. I was told they are currently working on it. I sat back down and my husband and kids came in. At 430 I went back up they told me they were still cleaning the room. I asked to clarify that check in was at 4 pm. It took my mother in law going up at 455 to tell them we wanted a refund before our room was finally “ready”. This entire time we had a baby screaming in the lobby which multiple people complained about as well. When we finally got to the room the hallway was covered in bags of trash which were still there the next morning. I would never stay here again and certainly never recommend it.

Nice location and average appearance of lobby. Pool was small and looked dirty (green, cloudy water). Staff did not keep towels stocked by the pool even though there was a spot. Staff was unfriendly except the concierge. The room my family was in was the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. The AC didn’t work, floors felt dirty upon arrival, room smelled like urine, bathtub was dirty. The room never got below 77 degrees with the AC on 67 degrees, fan on high and blackout blinds down. The room got up to 80 degrees. Requested maintenance to come look at AC and he acted like he fixed it but could barely feel any output from vent. Requested blanket and pillows for pull out couch, housekeeping never came after waiting over an hour. Sheets were rough (felt like cheap tissues). Anytime I would bring staff’s attention to issues, they acted like I was inconveniencing them. At check out, the lady at the desk was more interested in playing on her phone then asking how the stay was or talking in general. Valet parking is much higher than parking elsewhere, $65 a day for a normal truck plus tipping. Breakfast was mediocre at best, limited offering, cold, food/drinks would be empty even though there were 2-3 people at all times to restock). Only on Wednesday evening was a reception for guests. The reception was above average but only offered one day. Overall horrible experience.

The Good: Friendly staff, clean rooms, good location, overall good value. Safe for families. They have a fun mixer with snacks on Wednesday nights. The Bad: there is a streetcar in the picture, so you would think it’s going to have convenient transportation. Nope. The streetcars only run to Canal and Bourbon street so you’re gonna walk, a lot. Parking is very safe but it’s $45 dollars a day/$65 if they deem your vehicle oversized. There is an area on the outside of the building that people have urinated (or worse) in. This area is not cleaned and it’s gross and smelly when you need to walk by. Breakfast is supposed to be until 9:30. If you go down at 9:10 and all the food is gone the only thing they restock is bread. This was ridiculous, breakfast until 9:30 means that there should still be food until 9:30.

I thought the property itself was fine. The breakfast was meager at best. Hardly anything for kids. Usually there is at least cereal or waffles. Just bread, the hot options and yogurt.

Poor experience overall. Rooms were not available at the stated check in time due to not being cleaned yet. This required waiting in the lobby for 1 hours after their stated check in time. Hotel staff was not helpful and were rude. Valet staff was even more rude. The free breakfast was so low quality that we were unable to eat it. And there was no designated pet relief area, even though they claim to be a pet friendly hotel. Very disappointing for a Hilton family hotel.

Great for family, mainly if you have kids, & is still nursing. Loved that there was a kitchen, breakfast. A refrigerator, laundry on site. It was helpful. The staff were super friendly.

It was a great place to stay. A lot of places in and around French Quarter are dated, this property is fairly new. Very close to everything and we did not rent a car because of it. Breakfast was reasonably good but do wake up early for full selection. Overall, would recommend for families and business travelers. They do "minimal" housekeeping during the stay, which is something I prefer, but it might not be for everyone.

Late check in. Check in time was 4pm, and room was not ready until 430. Room was 57 degrees and it took hours for it to get to 70. We called, but no one came for atleast a couple hours to see what the problem was. Very noisy, there were children yelling and banging doors all night. Very long walk to elevator from room on the second floor. But great location to the saenger theater and walkable restaurants.

This was such a perfect pop in and pop out of New Orleans hotel! The staff from the time we pulled up to valet the car until the time we walked out to get the car were amazing. The front desk staff were BUSY and the made what they were doing look like a breeze. The King suit with the pull out couch was perfect for my family and there was so much room we didn't even utilize the entire room! 10/10 would stay here again.
