Home2 Suites by Hilton Kenner New Orleans Airport

Hilton honor member I was thankful for the early check in. However I forgot to add not by an ice machine or by a family with small kids. Other than that the fitness center was good and the room was clean. I would recommend this hotel

There was a strobe light in the bedroom that flashed every eight seconds. We had an adjoining room and the family next door came in late at night and was very noisy for three hours. Everything else was great.

We had a first floor room and will not do that again. A child in the room above us jumped, ran, bounced balls for 3 hours at bedtime. I did call down to the front desk but it didn’t stop.

This was a very nice property near the airport, my only complaint was that the airport shuttle quits at 8 pm and then I had to get an Uber with 3 kids.

This property is minutes away from the airport. We came here because he had a very early flight out of MSY and my family and I slept so good. Home 2 suites is our go to because it’s modern , newer and always super clean. Each room is fully equipped to accommodate a family. Excellent place to stay

We stayed the night before a very early flight. We returned our rental car the night before due to our flight time. We called the desk to request a ride back to hotel and then waited for 30 minutes. My husband called to see when the shuttle would come and she said she forgot to tell them to pick us up. The driver said she was trying to clock out to go home when she told we needed to be picked up. My husband has a medical condition where he can’t stand for very long, he was in pain due to the wait time. Upon check in we let the desk know we needed to be on the 4 am shuttle due to our flight time. She puts us on it. When we came downstairs there was a family of four with a large amount of suitcases. They put them on first and didn’t take anyone else due to no space. They didn’t ask flight times to ensure everyone else waiting made their flights in time. If you need to rely on them for a shuttle I would choose somewhere else or pay for an Uber.
